🏢 Modern elevator apartment completed in 2020 • There are 23 rooms in total across the 7 floors of the building, with 4 rooms on each floor. • All are spacious 1 bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 dining room units of about 33㎡, with the same layout (mirror-image design on the left and right), equipped with two 1.4m double beds, which can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. • Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows, and the corner room has additional side windows for better natural lighting. • The color of the room's sliding door, the style of the dining table, and other soft furnishings may vary slightly, but the size, amenities, and stay experience are exactly the same. ⚠️ The floor will be arranged according to the room availability on the day. Priority will be given to higher floors. The house was built about 100 years ago, and the design was created to bring out the charm of the building's materials. By polishing and reusing the original wood and doors, We were particular about using natural building materials. A cozy place where the sunlight and shadows of morning, noon, and night, and the four seasons of Japan blend comfortably. Enjoy the space that was built with time and love. For your comfort, we've upgraded the air conditioning, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom to match the size of the room. Bathroom heating is also available.
