In spite of Mo not being around, his friend, Andi took good care of me during my 1 night of stay. He even brought me to his sister's house for coffee and Mo's parents house for meals. The rooms and facilities were of basic standards but the hospitality completely outweighs everything. Recommended!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Anang’s beautiful traditional Airbnb. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Anang was very responsive with any queries we had and gifted us some biscuits when we arrived in the late evening which was appreciated. The breakfast was lovely too with the beautiful view of the rice fields. Great hospitality, would highly recommend

Moh and his team are excellent hosts! Their hospitality and readiness to help are unmatched. They love to hang out and talk, play a game of cards, play football, whatever. We were a group of 9 and we all had an excellent time!

I was lucky to be the first guest at Lintang, and I highly recommend this accommodation! Everything is new, very clean and as advertised. The room is equipped with a shower with hot water and a fan, which is very nice. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting, between rice fields and coconut trees, with a peaceful and typical Tetebatu atmosphere. We are welcomed into a lovely family, which makes the experience very authentic. Meals, prepared on site by the women of the house, are delicious and offered at very reasonable prices. Lintang also offers a very nice local guide who can take you to discover the places to visit nearby, for an affordable price. A real plus! A beautiful immersion in local culture, ideal for those looking for simplicity, authenticity and friendliness.

We had a lovely stay at Bale Tetebatu. The bungalow is spacious and tidy and you really sleep in nature. At night you can also hear the crickets and frogs loudly as well as the nearby mosques, so earplugs are recommended. 1 night the power and water were off, but that was the case in the whole village. The contact with the boys went smoothly. We did a nice day tour with them along the rice fields, waterfalls and villages, definitely recommended! If something had to be arranged like a cab, the guys were very helpful. Top place!

Solid location right near Fatmahs warung and close to the main part of Lakey Peak. Enjoyed my state, only complaints would be a lack of toilet paper in the bathrooms, and the water bottle was empty and never filled. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, helpful and Kevin and Vivian are both legends.

This was my second stay at Wave House, and it was as good as I remembered. Russell is a great host; him and his staff will definitely take good care of you. Sulis, the housekeeper, whips up an awesome breakfast in no time, and is very flexible about the serving times (which is great when you get back from your morning surf). She also hooked me up with a scooter with no hassle. Another perk is that Russell owns a boat, so getting a ride out to the surf breaks is super easy and affordable. All in all I had a great stay (again), and I would recommend anyone who wants to try the Gerupuk surf spots to stay at Wave House. Thank you Russell and Sulis - see you next time 😊

We had an amazing time at the Jungle inn and around Tetebatu. The bungalow was comfortable, clean and the hosts were extremely friendly and make it feel like home. The surrounding forest, waterfalls, rice fields and village are stunning and there is enough to do in the local area within walking distance without having to venture too far. There is good local food very close to the homestay also. We would definitely return for another trip to enjoy the jungle inn, nature and good friends that we met while exploring Tetebatu. Would recommend highly to anyone staying in the area!

Super cool place. Comfortable rooms. Great service aswell! Ate the banana pancakes 10 days straight for breakfast, best ones I’ve had in Indo.
