Edmar, May and Anne are great! Crazy low price for the location and quality of the room. One should just be aware of the noise from the bars and clubs; I use a noise machine when I sleep so it was no issue for me.

Had a great stay! The space was clean, compact, and perfect for a solo traveler. Easy walking distance to the convention center, which was ideal for my conference. Great location, smooth check-in, and a responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

I arrived at 11:45pm and was unable to retrieve my digital key due to system maintenance. However there was a tablet on the wall where I could communicate with someone and they directed me to an area where I could obtain a temporary key card. Very thankful!

Good quality hotel, nice and clean. The only problem is that it is near the boat quay, and it is a bit noisy at night.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect — everything is close by and easy to reach. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos: clean, modern, and very comfortable. The support team — Edmar, May, and Nica — were incredibly helpful and always available 24/7 for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

We could not make the app work when we arrived because once inside the building there was no 4G coverage. We stood there for quite a while trying to get it to work. Luckily Joelle was just leaving for the day and she helped us connect to the Wi-Fi and showed us how to use the lock. Recommend you warn people to get the app working before they enter the building as there is 4G coverage out on the street. Only other comment I would make is that the key system was sometimes very flaky and took many attempts before we could open the door or use the lift. The room itself is extremely compact and I did bang my head several times upstairs but we were warned about that before we booked. I probably would book a larger room next time I come to Singapore, however it was functional and did the job for us. Thanks David Holton

My friend and I had a great time at Heritage Collection in Chinatown, it was exactly like the pictures and even though the listing says there’s no physical host, there was a manager who we could talk to, the hotel was also very responsive on text. The only thing you need to make sure is that you have access to internet before you arrive here because you only get a digital key, there are multiple doors and the code sent only applies to the door closest to your room so it can be confusing to get in. I would definitely go back!

Worth every penny. Room was clean and confortable. The best part is the heated pool for kids. The kids had a blast here. There is playground too at lower ground (LG)… overall satisfy with the accomodation except the lift was slow due to peak season school holiday. Tq emilyn :)

We had a fantastic 3-night stay in Singapore! The location was ideal — right in the heart of Chinatown, which gave us easy access to great food, local culture, and the MRT for getting around the city. It was lively but still quiet enough at night for a good sleep. During our stay, we explored Chinatown (just outside the doorstep!), visited Sentosa Island, and spent a full day at Universal Studios — all really easy to get to from the apartment. We also had a great evening at Lau Pa Sat hawker centre, where the satay street opens up at night — highly recommended! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for a short city break. Great communication from the host too. Would definitely stay again!

The space was easily accessible from the airport & the staff allowed us to leave our bags early while my partner was at a convention. The staff were really friendly all stay & I felt at home all trip. Would absolutely stay again during my next visit.

Room was clean, comfortable and centrally located in Chinatown. Easy to get around everywhere with MRT. Room is small but perfect for 1 person and reasonably priced for the location. Great for 2-3 days in Singapore. Only downside is the digital key on the phone. App did not work when I arrived so I needed a physical keycard (which I preferred anyway) but the concept just seems like a hassle having to rely on battery/signal.

Great place to stay with your friends or family comfortable space for 4-6 people. Have tv youtube wifi netflix clean extra pillow extra bed also. Got many plug socket. Overall GREAT !!!

The place had a very calming vibe, wasn’t crowded at all, and offered great privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. I’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again in the future.
