Trotz der zentralen Lage (Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahn nach Ehrenfeld nur eine Minute entfernt) ist es im Apartment ruhig, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Das Apartment - früher Teil einer Schreinerei die zur Wohnung saniert wurde - besticht durch seinen Altbau-Charme, in Kombination mit einer stylischen, hochwertigen Einrichtung.

Comfortable apartment close to the city centre. There's a metro station right around the corner. Within 15 minutes you'll be at central station / the Dom. The apartment is located in a big flat building in the cosy, local neighbourhood Sülz. There are plenty of nice restaurants, bars and coffee places closeby. I'd like to rent out my apartment from time to time while traveling. Some of my things will be in the apartment (e-piano, Playstation 5, kitchen machine) but feel free to use them.

We renovated and lovingly furnished our attic apartment in 08/2019. We prefer to live here ourselves, although our main residence is in Freiburg. Our already grown-up children welcome you. The apartment for sole use is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children), and groups of up to 4 people.
