My stay at Emka Villa was fantastic! The place was spotless and equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. Each room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Although the villa is about a 20-minute drive from the central cities, I anticipated this when booking, and it didn't affect my enjoyment at all. The distance actually contributed to the peaceful and charming environment. Overall, Emka Villa exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to others and look forward to returning!

Good place to stay in Malang. The location is strategic, near Bus Terminal, Soekarni Hatta Area with its culinary, central town, Train Station, Airport and also hidden access to Batu. All facilities is well maintained, though we don't use it oftenly since most of our time in Malang was spent outside the house. The host is friendly but need to be more proactive to explore customer needs during the booking and checkout time. Thanks Pak Sarwono & family.

This warm and lovely house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Malang. Great location: Malang City Point mall and Cyber Mall about 10 minutes on foot, there are some good eateries nearby as well. The house is clean, WiFi was fast, there's cable TV, AC in the living room. The master bedroom didn't have an AC but the other two bedrooms had AC. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfy. There's a bathroom in the master bedroom, a smaller bathroom by the living room, and a sink right next to it (no sink in the second bathroom). The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The host, Dary and his family were amazing. The communication is great, Dary was always quick to respond every single time. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for those who visit Malang.

host responsibe dan friendly. lokasi mudah dijangkau dari exit tol, asri, tenang. Mungkin karena area cukup rimbun, sehingga banyak semut masuk kedalam, tp disediakan baygon & obat semprot nyamuk. overall sangat okey unt family trip.

Harga sesuai dengan fasilitas yang ditawarkan sangat cocok untuk keluarga/teman dengan fasilitas 7 orang. Fasilitas sangat lengkap terdapat microwave, kompor listrik, dispenser panas dingin, water heater disetiap kamar mandi, ada ruang tamu dengan sofa besar 2 buah dan AC di setiap kamar tidur. Lingkungan yang cluster private membuat kenyaman menjadi sempurna.

Tempat nya super comfy, Mba Noni sangat responsif banget dan membantu dalam proses penginapan. Lingkungannya tenang banget dan petugas jaganya sangaat super duper ramah.

Notre séjour chez Mohammad et sa famille s’est extrêmement bien déroulé, tout le monde était aux petits soins pour nous, très disponibles.

Pertama kali ke malang dan memilih homestay dirumah pak Hadi adalah pilihan terbaik! Rumah bersih dan tidak berbau, tong sampah besar dan disediakan di banyak spot, toiletries lengkap, peralatan dapur sangat memadai, masih disediakan kopi teh dan gula juga, air galon pun tidak berkekurangan, bisa jemur baju walau harus cuci manual pake tangan ya. pak hadi jg sangat responsif dgn menghubungi kami terlebih dahulu utk shareloc. rumah berada di dalam cluster bahkan sebelah pos security, jadi berasa aman. suasana rumah sangat baik, sangat homey, betah banget. lokasi rumah berada di perbatasan antara malang dan batu. Will be back kalo ke malang lagii.. Thankyou pak hadi!

Tempatna persis spt foto, bersih banget, alat dapur lengkap, alat mandi lengkap, ada handuk, mukenah, sajadah & smart TV di setiap kamar. Bantal, sprei bersih wangi, selimut ada. Semuanya bersiiih & steril. Bener2 ga mengecewakan. Daerahna aman & private. Dekat banyak tempat kuliner. Recommended & will come here again insyaAllah. Ka Sari very communicative & helpful. Hanya klo mobilna besar..pagarnya ga bisa ditutup tapi tetep aman kok krn ada satpam keliling tiap bbrp jam & one gate system. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rumahnya nyaman, fasilitas lengkap, adem, tv besar dan sudah smart tv serta pemilik komunikatif. Walaupun self check in semua terorganisasi dengan baik. Lingkungan sekitar aman, nyaman dan penduduk lokal ramah.. Pokonya lain waktu bs stay disini lagi karena bikin betah serasa rumah sendiri.

Senang menginap di sini.. bangunannya bagus, lingkungannya tenang dan indah.. Kamar cukup besar dan semua dilengkapi AC. Perabotan kamar cukup lengkap. Kami menginap selama 5 hari (4 malam) karena acara wisuda anak sekalian liburan akhir tahun. Lokasi relatif tidak jauh dari kampus UB, berada di tengah kota Malang, relatif mudah untuk ke berbagai tujuan kuliner atau tempat wisata. Kami sekeluarga 6 orang dengan 2 nenek.. Sayangnya tidak ada kamar mandi di bawah (hanya toilet), sehingga kedua nenek harus naik ke atas jika ingin mandi. Area bawah untuk ruang keluarga dan ruang makan juga dilengkapi perabot yang memadai. Akan lebih menyenangkan jika ada perlengkapan karaoke di ruang keluarga dan microwave di dapur.
