Vacation rentals with a patio in Suffolk Park

John’s place has such a lovely vibe. I wished that I lived there! It’s centrally located, spacious, and everything about it felt super lux. Even though it rained the whole time I was in Brunswick, I didn’t mind staying inside because the apartment was so beautiful. I snuggled up on the comfortable couch and picked a book from John’s mini library. It truly allowed me to enjoy the space to the fullest. John was also a great communicator and even allowed me to check in early. Thanks for an amazing stay, John!

Great place to stay, very close to everything. We decided not to get a car this trip and we definitely didn't need too. Tracy's apartment had everything we needed. It was really a home away from home. Tracey was very easy to communicate with and very quick with responding. Accomodated us with a slightly later check out. Would highly recommend!

We were so fortunate to stay at Jane's place while attending Bluesfest 2025. It proved to be an oasis after the hectic pace of the festival. We spent the mornings relaxing by the stunning pool and enjoying the sea breeze. The space was immaculate, was even better than the photos and felt brand new. Jane and Nicola were delightful hosts, providing great information about transport and eateries. We didn't want to leave and will definitely try to book again for future festivals.

We loved our stay. Comfy house with everything that we needed. Location is perfect to enjoy Byron Bay without the hassle of needing to drive and park. Asta was a pleasure to deal with and responded immediately to any questions we had.

Sure! Here’s a review you could use: We had an amazing stay at Paul’s place in Banora! He was super responsive and made check-in and check-out really flexible, which made everything so easy. The house was great value compared to others in the area — spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We loved the little touches like the welcome snacks and the huge selection of board games, which kept everyone entertained. Everything we needed was available, and the whole experience felt really relaxed and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay in Pottsville at Nicole's place. Lovely 4 bed home, easy to walk to the local tavern for dinner & a giant BBQ for dinner in one of the nights we were there. The pool was nice too. Great communication and easy check in / out.

Beautiful large home with plenty of space for our family gathering of three generations. We could all fit around the dining table and plenty of areas to get away if it all got too much. Great paths for riding or walking. Well equipped kitchen for a crowd. Spare fridge in garage for drinks. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Camille.

Fantastic find in our beloved Byron Bay. Beautiful property, a perfect sanctuary for family and friends Easter weekend. We loved sitting on the deck, watching kids play and hopping into the pool whenever we needed to cool down.

Dani was a great host! Very friendly and was great in getting back to my questions quickly, despite being away on holidays herself. The place was huge… much bigger than it looks in the pictures, so it was perfect for our extended family. The kids loved the pool and it was exactly what we were looking for. We HIGHLY recommend this fabulous home. Stunning setting and charming owners and caretakers. Heavenly setting with so many details and trimmings. We had to bolt in front of a cyclone 24 hours early and they even gave us a full refund for the cancelled day. A MUST visit place!

Great place to stay. Easy walk to Byron. Property was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfy, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Loved the peaceful setting—close enough to town to enjoy the vibe, but far enough to feel like a retreat. Would definitely stay again!

Therese was a wonderful host always on hand and responsive to any queries with a really friendly manner. The house was spotless and homely, perfect for our Christmas getaway. So close to Byron and all the amenities I can’t recommend this little gem of a place enough. Hope to return soon! X
