Since December 4, 2023, we have been the proud owners of our vacation home at Beach Resort in Makkum. The house can accommodate up to 6 people, and is very complete. The house is nicely centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! Within a few minutes' walk, you are on the beach and the cozy boulevard with catering facilities. Beach Resort Makkum is a holiday at a beautiful resort on the IJsselmeer!

Aldehoeve is a characteristic Frisian farm from 1860, just 5-minute walk from the old city center of Workum. Three apartments have been built in the farm: Ien, Twa and Trije. Trije offers space for up to 4 people. On the ground floor you'll find the cozy living room with open kitchen and bathroom with toilet. On the 1st floor (accessible via stairs) there are 2 bedrooms. The rear bedroom has no windows. Both the downstairs area and the upstairs bedrooms have their own air conditioning.

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful unobstructed view over the Poelen, the Weisleat, right in the middle of the Frisian lake area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electric boat! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh rolls. But a day trip on the Frisian lakes is also a quiet sensation!

The Boothuis is located directly on open water and is newly 2022 modernly furnished for a pleasant stay and equipped with all facilities. It is also possible to rent a fishing boat/sloop/sup/sailboat/bicycles/a charging station for charging the car/hottube.

It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday close to the water. We believe that going on the water is a beautiful and unique experience.
