Our tastefully and comfortably furnished house is located on the gentle slopes of the Southeast Styrian hill country, surrounded by vineyards, flower meadows, fruit trees and forests. Fantastic views in an absolutely quiet location near the South Styrian Wine Road ("Styrian Tuscany") with its wine taverns and top wines. The thermal baths and fortified castles of the Volcano Land are also just around the corner. A wonderful place for relaxing days or creative weeks away from all the hustle and bustle.

Einzigartiges Winzerhaus mit herrlichem Pool inmitten des Graßnitzbergs. Ruhig am Waldrand gelegen und doch in Gehweite zu so bekannten Weingütern wie Polz oder Tement, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Touren mir Rad oder per Pedes auf der südsteirischen Weinstraße. Der stilvoll bepflanzte Garten und die Terrasse neben dem Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Gegenstromanlage kommt auch sportlichen Schwimmern entgegen. Welcome to our little farm As our guest, you'll sleep with a view of the forest and meadows, relax in the garden sauna, and shower in the cozy cabin. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

The special feature is the wellness area - panorama sauna and heated wine barrel directly in the vineyard, infrared cabin and relaxation area.

Mosti's Häuschen am See is located directly in the Mura-Drava-Danube (MDD) Biosphere Reserve / Natura 2000 area, alone on a gravel lake and surrounded by the floodplain forest of the Mur. Here you can find peace, quiet and experience nature. Nevertheless, shops and restaurants are easily accessible by bicycle. The Mur Cycling Path R2 is very close. Relaxing nature walks start right at your doorstep. Of course, dogs have to go on vacation and are therefore welcome.
