Vacation rentals with lake access in Suan Luang

The house is big and nice, but it's a little old, like the air conditioner is old and the cement board is bumpy.There is no decent living room and sofa, the big table next to the pool is like a living room, but it's an outdoor type, it would be better if it's an indoor living room and there's a TV

This is the best unforgettable stay, very quiet secluded space with a cozy garden and a pond with fish, a cozy common kitchen with everything you need, you could buy water and other snacks at reasonable prices; there is also a washing machine and dryer, I really liked that the host creates a trusting relationship - you don't need to look for an administrator if you need to buy powder or snacks - you just leave a fixed fee - it's convenient and you don't stress anyone). A Japanese-style room is my dream, and I am glad that I was lucky enough to stay here. In addition, I was sent a map of places worth visiting in the area. And I'm also delighted with the stickers that were found in the common areas, I admired the items in the kitchen - such cute plates; everything is arranged neatly and crystal clear throughout the stay. I will definitely stay here next time

Great place for family to stay peacefully

I'm lucky to be able to stay with my family in such a great place. Lots of food nearby, and the best tasting Karun Thai milk!Super functional! The host was also kind enough to come and clean for us in the middle of our trip, making our entire trip very satisfying.👍🏿 I hope to have the chance to come back here again!

It was all great, we tried it for 1 night and want to get into the house soon for 1-2 months. Sann also fits the cost of cleaning and the house is quite convenient with the location and easy accessibility of the airport. Is only difficult to find on AirbBnB/a lot of other providers appear beforehand who are active in the region. So, everything's great and happy to come back!

Passapol is a very responsive host. She offered us free breakfast and one hour complimentary boat ride. She was kind enough to let us check in early and check out late. The Butler was very helpful and kind was ready to help at any time. Place was clean enough but not to my standard as I am a clean freak. Facilities were also up to the standard but can be improved. And it was close enough to city, about 20 min car ride. I was very happy that my son could see every day life of Thai people away from city and we could walk to local floating market. I would definitely come back to stay there.

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!

It feels good to stay here. The room is clean and hygienic. The surrounding environment is also good. The host is also very welcoming. He is a Chinese host. Communication is very convenient. He also introduced me to many tourist attractions. It's good.

I had an amazing stay! Paul’s place is spacious, spotless, and conveniently located right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get around. It’s just one stop to Terminal 21 and only a five-minute walk to a beautiful park. The infinity pool offers breathtaking views—absolutely stunning! Plus, the free airport pickup service was a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Bangkok. Highly recommended!

Amazing host. Very commicatitve and kind. He even offered to mail me back some important stuff that i had left behind. The Airbnb itself is small but very clean and comfortable and is in a very safe building that's only like 8 floors high or something with its own community pool, gym and work stations and tonnes of cheap stret food and a 7-11 near you. For $3 to $6 Grab arrives quickly and can get you anywhere you need in most of the central Bangkok area. This is an excellent budget option airnb and gives you a nice local experience as well.

It took a while for us to wait for the host to get proper entry to the building for us, though the anticipated arrival time was clearly informed to the host. And she was not responsive to my calls. No apology was addressed to me, as if it is very natural and normal to keep guests waiting for check-in while not being able to contact her. Kawa Haus, and its neighbor residence Hasu Haus, are perfect for holiday stays. Very good services there. The vibe of T77 community is excellent!
