We had a fantastic stay at Claudio's Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, spacious and just a short walk away from the most beautiful beach! Claudio was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. He promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Caminia. Thank you, Claudio, for making our stay memorable!

Il nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento di Maria è stato ottimo, l'appartamento era pulito e c'erano dei generi alimentari per la colazione. Maria è stata molto accogliente e disponibile ad aiutarci in caso di difficoltà. Maria ci ha inoltre tenuti aggiornati sugli eventi che avvenivano nei dintorni del nostro appartamento. Ottima posizione per la vicinanza sia alla spiaggia sia a esercizi commerciali.

Carolina è una host gentilissima e attenta, la casa ha un ampio spazio verde sia davanti che dietro, la cucina è ben attrezzata e il secondo bagno esterno con doccia e lavanderia è comodissimo. L'accesso alla splendida spiaggia di Curmo è comodo e spettacolare. Le camere da letto spaziose e dotate di aria condizionata. Unico neo, non di responsabilità dell'host, è un campeggio nelle vicinanze che impone la babydance ad un volume da denuncia con urla di presunta animatrice ogni maledetta sera dalle 21.30 fin dopo la mezzanotte.

E cosa dire,tutto come descritto casa con tutti i confort mare bellissimo davanti casa tutto perfetto e poi il signor Sergey gentilissimo disponibile su tutto e poi con signor Salvatore una coppia perfetta!!! Bravi e arrivederci a l’anno prossimo 💪💪💪💪💪

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in het huis. De ligging is perfect vlakbij een heel mooi rustig strand en het uitzicht is prachtig. De kust is ontzettend mooi, verder is het erg rustig in deze omgeving. Het huis was erg fijn, alles was aanwezig en we voelden ons er thuis. Henry is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host, altijd beschikbaar voor een praatje. Zeker een aanrader!

Maria’s home was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It was just like the photos, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. We appreciated the ability to stay on the beach from morning until nighttime, since the house is right across the street from the water. The beds were comfortable, the on site manager was helpful and friendly, and the owner was responsive and welcoming. By the time we arrived in mid September, the beach restaurants were closed and it was already the off season, but we enjoyed the empty beach and quiet evenings. You will enjoy this wonderful property!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert in die Wohnung eingeführt: Reichlich Wasser und Kaffee standen für uns bereit. 2 Balkone (Nordwest bzw. um Eck Nordost mit Blick aufs Meer, Südwest bzw. Südost ums Eck mit Blick auf die Bergketten) luden ein, das Frühstück, ein Sonnenbad oder den Abendausklang zu genießen. Die Einrichtung ließ keinen Wunsch offen (s. Beschreibung). Hunde, Katzen, Hühner in der Nachbarschaft vermitteln ein ländliches Flair. Fabrizio Piccolo war für uns der Ausgangspunkt für viele kurzweilige Unternehmungen (Nahbereich: Rossano und Corigliano - enge Altstädte in Hanglage, Sibari mit dem Archäologischen Park; Fernbereich: Camigliatello Silano im herrlichen Sila-Nationalpark). Ein Auto ist für das Quartier empfehlenswert, genügend Parkraum steht am Haus, gelegen an einer Sackgasse, zur Verfügung. Der Abschied, unkompliziert arrangiert, fiel uns schwer.

Diese Wohnung war live besser wie auf dem Bildern, alles war da, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Schöne Terrasse auf dem Dach, saubere Küche, saubere Zimmern, nicht weit von der Stadt alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit. Ich danke noch mal Alexandra für die tolle Möglichkeit diese Gegend kennen zu lernen. PS: wir kommen wieder.😄👍👍

Very big, clean room. Big swimming pool on site. Private rocky beach. Very comfortable bed!!!

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

We really loved our stay here! We especially enjoyed the private beach access and the outside terrace. Also, Marco was super communicative and responsive even late at night when we checked in:)

Le logement était propre et fonctionnel, fidèle aux photos. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied, très peu fréquentée même en août ce qui est agréable. Attention la piscine n’est pas comprise dans la location, elle appartient à un complexe voisin, pour 4 personnes, c’était 300€ de plus pour une semaine. Nous avons préféré la plage !

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Nah am Meer richtig toll und sehr sauberes Wasser Ende Mai vor der Saison. Ein Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar die Pizza dort ist super aber auch die Fischgerichte. Ab 01.06 ist auch am Strand eine Bar und am Wochenende die Jugaad Lounge sehr gemütlich. Das wir direkt am Eingangstor des Hauses waren hat uns nicht gestört. Es gibt Liegen und einen Strandschirm wenn ihr den Schirmständer mit zum Strand nehmt fliegt nichts weg. Es gibt tolle Gelaterias und Restaurants in Davoli max 10min mit dem Auto. Wir hatten perfekte 7 Tage und haben nur den Pool der am 01.06. befüllt sein sollte ein wenig vermisst. Die Menschen dort und die fantastische Landschaft haben uns entschädigt. ;-)

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Pizzo, dans l'appartement de Maria, qui a été une hôte exceptionnelle, adorable, réactive, compréhensive, surtout à notre arrivée avec un jour de décalage suite à une "mésaventure" à Rome, elle nous accueilli avec du lait et des gâteaux pour réconforter les enfants. L'appartement est très grand, avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, le linge, 2 salles de bains, et 2 chambres, l'équipement était parfait, et sans oublier la climatisation indispensable pendant l'été. La piscine était très agréable, et la plage accessible à pieds à 300 mètres. La résidence était très calme, idéale pour notre famille. Et en plus, un glacier proche de la résidence "Gelataria Enrico" pour déguster leurs glaces artisanales et locales, les "tartufo di Pizzo" qui sont un régal. Les meilleures villes à visiter et plages sont Tropea, Scilla (village de Chianalea), Pizzo, reggio Calabria. Merci encore Maria pour ce séjour, nous recommandons fortement son appart.

Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem modernen und sehr sauberen Apartment im Zentrum von Soverato. Die Lage war ideal – alles war fußläufig erreichbar, der Strand nur wenige Minuten entfernt und ein Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Das absolute Highlight war für mich die große Dachterrasse, die perfekt zum Entspannen war. Paola war jederzeit hilfsbereit, sehr aufmerksam und hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo appartamento moderno e molto pulito, situato nel centro di Soverato. La posizione è ideale: tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, la spiaggia si trova a pochi minuti e c’è un supermercato proprio dietro l’angolo. Il punto forte, per me, è stata la grande terrazza sul tetto, perfetta per rilassarsi. Paola è stata sempre disponibile, molto attenta e ha fatto in modo che mi sentissi completamente a mio agio. Tornerei volentieri in qualsiasi momento!

La casa è situata in un terreno dove sono presenti anche altre villette abitate e altre abbandonate. La zona è molto tranquilla e lontana dal centro di Capo Rizzuto. Un supermercato è disponibile in centro a pochi minuti di auto. L'appartamento è costituito dal piano terra e da un terrazzo/giardino annesso. È possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del cancelletto per rendere il carico e lo scarico ancora più agevoli. Gli interni sono stati ristrutturati di recente e sono dotati di tutto l'indispensabile. Ideale per soggiorni con bambini. La doccia esterna è molto utile. La discesa a mare si raggiunge con pochi passi a piedi, ma le scalette possono essere difficoltose per i bambini piccoli che è meglio che siano portati in braccio. La spiaggia vale l'intera spesa: sabbia pulita, mare sempre limpido e protetto dalle onde da due frangiflutti. I nostri bambini hanno trascorso giornate intere in acqua e si sono divertiti tantissimo. Host impeccabile.

La casa è completamente ristrutturata, ha una stupenda terrazza che affaccia sul mare, estremamente pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia tramite una scala. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

Alloggio accogliente, comodo e funzionale, ad un passo dallo stupendo mare di Calabria (sia spiaggia libera che stabilimento). Giuseppina host disponibile ed amichevole, risponde velocemente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare i dintorni. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Posizione perfetta, 3 min a piedi dal mare. Appartamento comodo e molto Pulito. Aldo disponibilissimo per qualsiasi cosa. Mare difficile da dimenticare, un paradiso. Ritornerò sicuramente in futuro.

Wir haben nun zum zweiten mal im Apartment von Uldrich übernachtet. Wie schon bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt vor 3 Jahren war die Unterkunft sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet! Uldrich antwortet bei Fragen außergewöhnlich schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten leider nur für zwei Übernachtungen Zeit, aber diese Zeit haben wir sehr genossen und uns perfekt erholt. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, werden wir ganz sicher wieder dort übernachten!
