Quiet place, pool, lake and good sun conditions

Secluded. Nice hiking areas. The sun conditions are very good and you have evening sun on the balcony. Large outdoor area under roof and with heating in the ceiling. Heated pool to 27° of 3.6m width and depth 60cm available May 31st August Large Trampoline Approx. 1 km to the nearest bathing jetty in the lake.
