It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5 km from the historic center (therefore a vehicle is necessary to get around), with a parking space for a car and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.
