The owners do not live onsite and accessible only by a dirt road.

We built it bright and modern in 2006, just 130 metres from the beach. On the upper deck we eat our catch from the sea and watch the sun set over Eyre Island. There is also an adjacent beach shack, with full shower and kitchen amenities and four single beds in a common space.
