On the ground floor there is 50 m² cosy living room with kitchen, WC and bath. On the second floor there is spacious bedroom to sleep up to 5 people. Medieval town Cesis is just 20 km away, but to Ligatne city (8km) you can get by crossing river with the ferry driven by the strength of currents.

On the property is volley ball, basketball, beach and plenty of green space. There is also a possibility to rent a boat and go around the lake. The lake is located about 90 m from the house in direct line. Private beach is about 150 m form the house across the road.
