We had an extended stay and can’t say enough good things about Emily and Ryan as hosts. The suite was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Emily was extremely responsive while always giving us our privacy. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend. Amazing hosts!

Luxurious Brand New 2 B/room Legal Secondary Suite

Accommodations were spacious , clean, quiet. We especially liked the location to business we were dealing with in Edmonton was within walking distance. Lots of parks and walking trails nearby as well. We appreciated bottled water in the fridge, even a chocolate bar. Would definitely consider this stay again thank you Henrietta and Lucky,

Stephan and Alexis were incredible hosts. They were extremely responsive, checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Their place was oh, so clean. We enjoyed almost 3 months at their place. We would definitely come back here, again!

The Snug Nook

The Cozy Nook was super nice, comfy, and the place was clean and had some extras like hot chocolate and a couple treats to eat and snack on which was exactly what we needed when we noticed them. The bedrooms had locks and had keys for both rooms! Our superhost lived up to the expectations, will def. book with again, thanks for having us!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the garage suite. The suite was super clean, spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen which made preparing meals easy. I would highly recommend this suite to others who are looking for a peaceful get away.

A co- worker and I stayed at Daniel’s basement suit for over 20 days, and we were extremely happy with it! Daniel is very responsive and easy to chat with. We appreciated the communication very much. The suit is very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable as well! Internet speeds were good and steady. Kitchen has everything you need. Everything was very clean too! Parking was never an issue either. Would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Lalita was extremely honest about the place not being a Hilton. I got what I paid for. As a host Lalita is extremely friendly and responsive. The oly issue Was that one of the other guests ( an Asian) was not very clean and never emptied the garbage from the kitchen. But that's not Lalita's fault.

We loved our 2 night stay in early April. Wide street to park on so not an issue. Nice having the park across the street. Quiet neighborhood. The loft was roomy, comfortable and very clean. Loved all of the windows and if warmer weather we’d have loved the outdoor space. We enjoyed the rustic modern eclectic look, great artwork and the thoughtful touches. The kitchen was as described and more than enough for us. Thank you for sharing your loft with us. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The suite was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. As expected with a basement suite, there was some noise from the upstairs owners and their dog, but they were respectful of quiet hours, so it wasn’t disruptive. If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider upgrading the bed frames and mattresses. The frames didn’t feel very sturdy, and the mattresses were quite firm and rigid, which made them uncomfortable. That being said, we really appreciated the hosts' attentiveness in ensuring our stay went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience!

Very spacious for a basement suite and was a really great price for a 2 day stay! Was also nice having a bathroom in the bedroom, as well as a very soft and comfortable king bed. Everything about the place was great and would definitely stay here again in the future when in the city!

Nawaf was easy to work with. We booked this with a slight error on our part. Nawaf had no kitchen available and our stay required a kitchen. He was willing to refund us partial booking back and we spoke about how to better his booking. He prompt added some small kitchen appliances for future stays to utilize. He was great to communicate with and understanding. We appreciate that!
