Our lot is right on the Northumberland Strait (Warmest waters north of Carolina's), has stunning panoramic ocean views with bank access to the beautiful beach below. A great beach to swim and explore. Features a large wrap around patio with BBQ, furniture and a large grassy lawn. It is a great place to stay if you enjoy kayaking, fishing or boating as there is a boat launch just minutes away.

Little Miss Sunshine is one of our two houseboats, and let’s face it - she’s adorable! Why sleep on land in a room with an almost-view when you can cozy up in this buttery colored boat and live in the view! Angela's Cottage by the Sea

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
