The property The guest house of 45 sqm is decorated but a charming feeling of the 1800's. In the small room, you get a feeling of Orient Express with two simple beds, lamps, and old wallpaper. Welcome to the idyllic and picturesque Mariefred, our brand beer, and to our orangery! The Orangery is located in central Mariefred at Strandvägen 15. Just as the address reveals it is close to swimming but also nice restaurants and stores. Here in the kitchen, Leila bakes have been recorded once in a while, so if you like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped! There's a patio to eat, grab a cup of coffee, or sunbathe at. Two separate 120 beds and a sofa bed, shower, toilet, etc. Welcome, welcome.

Ekbacka Lake house - Cabin with lake view

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

Guest apartment in central Strängnäs

Small apartment centrally located in Strängnäs with lovely double bed, lake view and complete kitchen including dining area for four people. Tiled bathroom with shower. Extra small room for clothes storage and possibilities for extra bed (inflatable mattress). (Note: no WiFi or TV now). The apartment is located one flight of stairs (which is a bit steep) up in a courtyard house containing two apartments, a stone's throw from the cathedral and close to the beach promenade.

Guest apartment next to the lake Mälaren

The guest apartment is on top of our double garage. The place is about 40 sqm, and the ceiling is quite low at some places (please check the photos). We live in a house about 50 meters in front of the apartment. From the apartment you reach (by foot) the train station in 3 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes and the dome church in 5 minutes. We have bikes, skate ramp, SUP and other things if you wish to borrow :) Towels and bed sheets are included.

Welcome to our bohemian cottage at Oppgården! We are very happy that you have chosen to rent our little cottage outside Strängnäs, Swedish idyll is probably the right description. Our first guest used the cottage as a writing retreat for a documentary. The couple who came after wanted to visit the Swedish countryside and hoped to see bears (note: there are no bears here).
