Entire guest house on horse farm

Guest cottage in the countryside. Located in separate building on our property. The apartment has one (sleep) room/kitchen , furnished hall as well as bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Apartment by the sea.

With only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd you will find a newly built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring fishing rod for fishing, or the binoculars to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds passing through. You live close to Listerlandet with sandy beaches of beautiful deciduous forests and a fantastic landscape. Nearby you will also find nice restaurants and shopping. Welcome!

In this 25m2 home, there is most of it. A fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and also a cozy private patio. Start the day by following the bike path down to Möstadparken for a morning swim in wonderful Ivösjön. Here you will also find a play area for the children. For those who want to swim from the jetty, a visit to Korsholmens swimming area is an alternative. (700m) There you will also find a restaurant. If you want to experience Bromölla's nice nature from the water, we offer kayak rentals (2) at extra cost.

Here you live in the middle of the village, close to neighbors but still secluded. This charming house with parts from the 18th century, has two floors, with master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dedicated study downstairs. There is also the small bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a larger living area with TV, a sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The garden invites to coffee moments in the small arbor, games on the lawn, or a walking tour among the beautiful apple trees.

The cottage - Central, rural and with sea view!

Wake up and have breakfast overlooking Sölvesborgsviken. This home is located in a cabin on my property. It is rural but central which makes your stay comfortable. With a barely km walk through the park along the bay you come to the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and cafes. The golf course is 2.5 km away on foot or by bike across Europe's longest pedestrian and cycle bridge. Ryssberget's hiking and biking trails are only 1,5 km away. The surrounding area's sandy beaches are numerous.

Here is a simple lifestyle: the food is cooked over an open fire or in the outdoor kitchen, drinking water is collected from the pump house, which is bathed outdoors or in the lake and toilet visits are done on luxury das. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the cottage.

Great little house with beatiful view of the sea from the back. It's on the same property as the house of the owner, but cometely separate giving you all the privacy you'd want. The house is well equipped, we stayed for a whole week and not once did we need something that wasn't there. It's in a quiet area with plenty to do in the neighborhood if you don't want to go out for too long. Supermarket and such are close by as well.

We are very pleased with the entire process surrounding the booking, the information and not least the accommodation itself. The accommodation has everything you need for a shorter stay. Best of all was clearly the large patio where we could relax between matches during the Sölvesborg cup.

The exterior reveals a modern wooden guesthouse with dark-brown cladding. A simple pathway of stepping stones leads to a white door. A small seating area is positioned near the entrance, surrounded by pebbles and greenery, providing a welcoming approach to the home.

Staying as a guest in Jimmy's modern and nice guesthouse was just as hassle free and easy as we expected. Jimmy has been easy and very pleasant to communicate with both in speaking and writing. The property is beautifully located in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful beech forest. Convenient with proximity to grocery store and cozy walking paths to Sölvesborg center. We are super happy with Jimmy as a host!

Lars and his wife were always very helpful. Whether baby bathtub or tips for the area - both have always helped. In addition, there were strawberries from the garden and petting animals for our little one. The location right on the beach is fantastic.
