The cottage is situated as a smaller, quiet, and detached building with a newly expanded terrace near the beautiful and historically preserved village of Lčovice in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains. The local conditions are ideal for cycling, walking, mushroom picking, skiing and lounging. The cottage is practically furnished for the winter season, has its own fenced garden with a parking lot and a grill. The covered terrace is equipped with chairs and a table, sun loungers, and a swing, and is located on a sunny southern slope overlooking the surrounding Šumava region.

Spacious living room with fireplace and water views. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area on the terrace. Two spacious bathrooms, two toilets, 15 minutes from the historic town of Pisek and 10 minutes from Blatná Castle. Our place is quiet, comfortable, and a small boat is available. The house is fenced.

The caravan is located in a meadow in the middle of nature just a few steps from the forest. Outside we have a fireplace with a fire and a seating area. A pergola will protect you from the sun or rain. Inside the caravan there is a classic double bed and one smaller double bed. You will also find basic kitchen equipment, coffee or tea. If you get tired of looking at nature, we have board games and books. A shop or pub is within walking distance.
