We booked the Tides for a short girls get away with my mom, my sister and I, and I truly can’t say enough positive things about the property and the hosts. The house itself is absolutely stunning, in a private and beautiful oasis and Aletta is an incredible host - making sure we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. My sister is a wheelchair user and the house was perfect for her and - other than the hot tub - is about as accessible as we have found. Finding a place that works for our little family with our challenges isn’t always easy, but we were blown away by this spot - its convenience to Victoria, the beauty, cleanliness and just the general ambiance of peace and tranquility we found there. We absolutely loved our stay and I am already thinking about our return. Thank you again!

Sinclair House was a dream for our honeymoon stay! Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our prior rental home reservation, but were so lucky to have booked 3 nights at Sinclair House just days before arrival. It's right on the water, so we were able to walk along it at low tide and enjoy dinner on the beautiful patio at high tide. The cars on the highway across the inlet even created a calming light show on the water as we relaxed in the hot tub. We were also so grateful to be able to bring our 2 dogs, who had plenty of grassy areas to explore (on leash). Shelly was an amazing host during our stay, responding quickly to our questions, even while she was out of country. Thank you so much, and we look forward to staying again!

The kitchen space was equipped with everything needed to make meals. The bed and linens were exceptional and the space and setting were amazing. A short enjoyable walk to town and natural surroundings make this location a must visit if you want to immerse yourself in Mayne Island living. Highly recommended!

If I could give Max's listing more stars I would. I absolutely loved my time. From the moment I walked in, I couldn't help but notice how calm and peaceful the home is. I was able to relax and enjoy the sensation of normal everyday pressures being washed away by the beautiful build. A wonderful mix of craftsman style with doug fir beams, an open ceiling, cedar clad walls, soft fabrics and an ipe deck all work in harmony to create a serene atmosphere. The bump-out that the bed is nestled into means you're surrounded by trees even as you sleep. I cooked a lot in a very well appointed kitchen, took brief walks down to the water, enjoyed the claw foot tub, and enjoyed the quiet. Cannot recommend highly enough for anyone who is interested in a restorative, rejuvenating experience.

This Airbnb is a gem! The comfort of the beds and pillows was outstanding, and the living room offered plenty of relaxing space. The kitchen is a dream – spacious with a large table and exceptionally well-equipped, including a much-appreciated espresso machine and a wide variety of appliances. The bathrooms were perfectly functional for our needs. The location is truly unbeatable, with an excellent view and direct access to the boardwalk. We loved being able to easily relax on the deck and taking a walk to the beautiful Brady Beach. The proximity to the Bamfield Marine Station was also a bonus, and we highly recommend checking out a tour if you have the chance. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely book again! Thank you so much Howard!

Jack is definitely a super host. Our detailed guided tour and check-in process was super informative and helpful, he showed us everything including how to use his amazing AV TV system. hot tub, pool, beautiful property, laundry, outdoor fire pit and wood stove inside, including kindling and wood. Everything is clean and well kept. hot tub and pool are treated daily and he just refinished the deck So many towels. All the condiments and kitchen Sundries you could need. 2 BBQs! Kitchen is incredibly well outfitted. two tables that together could seat 12 people. We felt very safe and secure with security cameras around the property. Captain Jack's style is reflected throughout the place with cool scuba gear and amazing treasures from.his dives. Jack even lent us a cooler when we went out salmon fishing! awesome property, super host, just a great option whether you're looking for a place just to crash, or a destination where you can spend a few days and enjoy some peace and tranquility

We had an exceptional stay. The place was lovely and the location was very peaceful. Our hosts were kind, helpful and quick to reply when we had questions. We really loved everything about the space. It was beautifully decorated, well stocked and full of little extras. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Two things that we particularly enjoyed, were the covered hot tub and that majestic kitchen table. (a puzzler’s dream come true) Thank you for the great memories, we can’t wait to come back.

When designed a lot of attention when into fitting a great deal into this small space with high function and cute cottage vibe. The location on the Bluff above the water with the beautiful views of Mount Baker is stunning to wake up to. Little touches of spring cleaning here and there will make it even better. As the listing mentions, it has a clawfoot bathtub and others have mentioned the shower curtain rod and curtains can make it a challenge to get in and out safely, this is true especially if you need a grab bar when you shower. Double beds are super soft, and cozy. We enjoyed the house as our base for hiking near Coupeville and Deception Pass.

This was our second time staying at Hamma hamma hideaway. You feel right at home, and taken care of. It has a lived in feel like someone really cares about this place and like the owners also spend time there. The privacy can’t be beat. We took the kayaks out everyday and appreciated the extra life jackets and different sizes. They also have boots for borrowing and mud tromping and oyster gloves and shuckers. Can’t wait to return.

Hands down best Airbnb experience to date. First and foremost, David is an extremely accommodating, generous, and thoughtful host. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed after a frustrating and treacherous excursion. We will most certainly be back and anyone looking for ocean front property on Puget Sound, this is a beautiful, peaceful, and charming home. Kitchen has all of the necessities for chefs. Incredible family room with a fireplace, tv, and surround sound. Best of all were the beach walks at low tide. Incredible location for nature lovers and especially bird watchers. Can’t wait to return!!

Michelle has created a custom retreat with plenty to enjoy. You are surrounded by elevated pieces all while feeling comfortably one with the space. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in, and the tub was so nice I used it twice during our short stay. Our girls felt the magic of their sleeping quarters, using the desk, cozy reading nook and the canvas tie backs for the bed area with joy. We were well greeted and given a lovely rundown of the ins and out of the beautiful space. A special experience was had by all. Perfect for our family of four. This was our last stop on a multi-legged tour of the eastern side of the island. A haven between hikes, markets, and secondhand bookstores, I am so glad I booked last. True RnR.

We absolutely loved our stay! Great location, and almost everything we needed. The only real downside was no washer and dryer. There are options for laundry around Bremerton that are clean and safe, but it ended up being an extra cost. Extremely accommodating and responsive.

This is a gorgeous location with a wonderful view of the water! Super cozy furniture and high quality finishes. Joyce was super responsive and allowed a very late check in. Very grateful she opened up her home for us and we could not be more grateful it was pet friendly. Highly recommend a weekend getaway here!
