We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

We had a fabulous few days here. The house is immaculate and has all the home comforts you need. So close to all the local amenities too. Our two boys (aged 4 and 1) loved the selection of books and games. Kate was super friendly and provided lots of very useful recommendations. Thank you for a lovely stay!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! What a beautiful little place to stay at! Our family had a great time! Spacious cabin with all amenities. Fire pit, and hot tub were great additions! Booked the massages at Zen @ Venn which were so worth it! Do it! We didn't book the games room or pool as we had a dog and baby with us so didn't think we would be able to make full use. Some other reviews mentioned the parking, it does not take away from the atmosphere and it is not in an industrial estate, that's an exaggeration. It is right in front of the cabin and the whole stay was great. Bedrooms were big and enough space for 6 adults, a dog and a baby. Two bathrooms, shower and bath. Hosts were so responsive and the welcome hamper was such a lovely touch. Thank you ❤️ We will be coming again!

We had some very nice days in Frederic and Lise's cottage. The owners were welcoming and always available. The cottage was perfect for the three of us. We very much enjoyed the cozy place and the beautiful large garden. Definitely recommended!

The breathtaking views of the sea, low and high tide, boats, beach sailors and especially the super beautiful sunsets spoiled us for 5 days. Fabulous seafront apartment with great views and centrally located. Our stay included 2 adults and 2 small children and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the I360. Would definitely recommend.

This is a really unique experience in an amazing position with beautiful views. Amenities, Consideration and Security of accommodation are fantastic too. The boat can get a bit choppy at times which did make us feel a little queasy, but the overall experience created some great memories for myself and family and I would thoroughly recommend.

Clare was an exceptional host—extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The house itself is stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and complemented by a lovely garden. Definitely an area to consider for holiday, or even just to house the overflow during Christmas or other family holidays. Very clean, ample room, and location worked well. If you are looking for a place to take the kids over a weekend or break, this holiday park has plenty to offer, as does Clacton. Will definitely come again. Thanks David for everything!

Had a lovely home from home stay in Southend. I had to be down for work for 2 weeks and Molly Jane's place was just perfect for relaxing and sleeping after some long hours. The flat is very well set up and Molly Jane was a lovely and responsive host. Would recommend!

I booked with Duncan as a surprise Mother’s Day getaway for my mum and from what I heard she had nothing but an amazing time, even saw a badger which unfortunately we don’t get were we live so was a huge surprise! It was so lovely to hear what a lovely time they had thank you! And I’d definitely highly recommend a stay at Duncan’s place!!!

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. CasMia was an outstanding place to stay during our time in London. The location was perfect—very walkable and close to public transport, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. Had a wonderful time staying in the property. The flat is absolutely immaculate, lovely decor, lots of light, great location, two mins walk from the park. Very sad to be leaving. Maria and Sofia were amazing hosts, super friendly, responded instantly to all questions, looked after us during our stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.
