Outstanding place and experience. Extremely helpful and nice host(s). We stayed two nights with 6month baby and got everything we needed. It was around 10 degrees during the night but the bed is super comfy and warm enough to sleep in. You can make beautiful walks around the area and the town with groceries is only 30min by foot. The only minus is the road on the hill opposite of the river - Polish drivers (in my opinion the worst drivers in the World) occasionally practice their Rally driving there and it echoes to the idyllic Bell Tent area.

The Wigry Cottage is the perfect place to relax surrounded by nature. Cozy, with a spacious interior and large windows, with plenty of natural light, makes us feel like we were in the heart of the forest. Comfortable furniture, a fireplace, and warm colors give the place a unique atmosphere. The cottage is surrounded by picturesque nature, and the nearby lake provides opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities. It's a great choice for people looking for peace, quiet, and close to nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I recommend with all my heart!!

After a 5-day stay, we strongly recommend this place to people who are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and need peace, privacy and contact with nature ☺️ Views on all sides, a sauna and a beautifully decorated interior make it easy to slow down and relax. The host was very helpful and we could count on his support - during our stay we had several adventures related to the level of the cottage (for reasons beyond the control of the host - the water level was quite low and variable, which required the extra care we received). After the photos before we arrived, we also didn't know that a projector was available, which was a nice surprise on the spot and allowed us to make a movie night. 🥰 We'd love to come back!

Very nice and beautiful house for few families holidays!

A great place to relax in nature, especially with small children. A very cool base to explore the region. Lots of activities for children and adults - Lake Wigry with the possibility of sailing the only ship in Poland with glazed bottom, monastery, Wigry Railway. The house is very functional with polished details ( we have a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, plates, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery, etc.). A great idea is the children's play area in the middle of the house, the perfect alternative for rainy days. Krysia and Mr. Ryszard are warm, family-friendly, and incredibly welcoming people. Staying at this place was wonderful for us, full of experiences every day. We had the opportunity to try the delicious cuisine of Mrs. Krysi ( pancakes with cheese or apples ) and local goodies (cow milk, honey from our own apiary and eggs) . We highly recommend this place, especially the Hosts, became very close to us and we will probably come back here in a year. :)

The owners of the property Cathy and Rainer were kind and attentive, helped us in an excellent way with the planning of the trip. We rented bikes from the hosts with which we made a daily trip to the surrounding lakes and forests. We did a sauna that is offered in the yard next to the cabin and you can even add enjoyment from the jacuzzi that is offered. Meets all expectations and more. It is highly recommended to stay.
