Beautiful little cottage with outdoor bath invites you to peace and relaxation in natural surroundings. The house has an outdoor kitchen with a dining area and a large terrace. The house is functional and contains everything you need. There is an entrance, connected living room and kitchen with wood-burning stove, bedroom and bathroom. In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, about 10 meters from the front door. Here you can bathe all year round while enjoying the elements of nature at the same time. The area is scenic with beautiful hiking and biking trails.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place to go if you want to go to the beach. You are close to wonderful experiences on Lolland and Falster. Lots of options for dining, cinema, theater and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange the possibility of sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The bedroom has a double bed with a private entrance, and the bathroom offers a shower for peace and relaxation. From the kitchen, you can go out on a large wooden terrace – perfect for morning coffee and dinners. 4 min. walk to the beach/water and shared swimming pool in the summer. Chromecast, books and basic items such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee machine. Bring your own bedding and towels.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is perfectly located for lots of nearby excursions, e.g. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon-land.
