Relax or tag along. Kojan, 30 sqm, has two bedrooms, one of which is in the loft (not standing height).. A car-free island with peace and quiet. One minute to the sea and at the same time 8 km as the crow flies to Stockholm City. You live in the middle of the blueberry bushes in the shade of the pines and have a two-minute walk to the common sandy beach at the southern jetty. Proximity to the Lidingöspåret keeps you in shape. You have the option to rent an infrared sauna or kayaks. If you want two more beds, you can also rent the accommodation's Sjöstuga.

Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly built guesthouse on an Island just 30 minutes away from Stockholm city center. Everything there is to enjoy on the island is 5-10 minutes away, including a bech n the South side, a restaurant on the East side and a place to play Bocci on the top of the Island. If you feel the need to escape, there is a ferry that will take you to the nerest subwaystation in 30 minutes and then a train will have you in the center within 5 minutes.

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.
