Wooden, warm house for six people. Perfectly integrated into the lava field at the foot of the extinct GRABROK volcano, which you can enter almost straight from home :). Beautiful views and silence. Only the sounds of nature can be heard. An ideal place to observe the northern lights (no city lights). Just 300 meters from the main road No. 1. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfectly clean drinking water flows from the tap. The jacuzzi is already working :) There are bubbles and it's nice :) !!!

Krumsholar farmstay 2 bedroom apartment

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everythink you might need for your stay. The apartment is located on a farm 7 km from Borgarnes and 80 km from Reykjavik. The farm is 1 km from road nr 1. The view from the apartment and the surrounding area is very beutyfull. We have horses, chickens and dogs on the farm. The horses are very friendly and love attention. This is a very good spot to view the northern lights from late august-april if the sky is clear we can usually see them.

Himri the mountain villa

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. Himri is very spacious (300 sqm) and has everything you could wish for - a fully equipped gym and game room, a sauna and a hot tub. We just bought the villa and just finished a complete renovation. The place is just outside Town of Borganes (5 km) where you can find a discount store. Interesting places nearby are Langjökull, Barnafossar, Deildartunguhver (hot spring) and Snæfellsjökull. Also short drive to Reykjavik (80 km) and Golden Circle (100 km).

The cabin is quite well planned, open and relaxing with stunning picturesque scenery, as one of a handful of cabins in a secluded area. The cabin is very cosy with a rustic touch, to make your experience as wonderful as possible. We have a fire in the living room ( firewood and Firestarters only provided when possible.) With two double sized beds (140cm) and a sofa bed in the living room so perfect for families and small groups of 4-6.
