The View to Drangarnar, Tindholm end Mykines

This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! Folding mattress 150 wide, out in the attic. For those who want a cozy place, but can do without comfort. Unikt sommerhus med fantastisk udsigt over de omkring liggende øer. Der er ca 25 km fra både lufthavnen og Torshavn. Huset ligger ude i den fri natur i smukke omgivelser tilbagetrukket fra offentlig vej. Der er ikke direkte adgang med bil til huset, der er en frisk tur på ca 100 meter at gå opad en skråning til huset. Du må bære kufferten op til hytten. Det er et perfekt sted til at slappe af og nyde naturen. Huset er beliggende ved siden af en å, som skaber en hyggelig stemning.

We renovated this old boathouse recently. There is a rowingboat available as well. It is the family’s boat. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. "Hjá Polla-Vilhelm" is a house located in the old part of Tórshavn called Undir Ryggi. Its as central as it can be, and in a historical and beautiful neighbourhood. The house is an traditional faroese house, and was build in 1856. It has been renovated since, but only with the use of old materials. Adress is Undirryggi 7.
