Had a wonderful stay! It was so cute and cozy and just what we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway. My daughter and I had a great mix of fun at local wineries, concert and dancing at Mohegan Sun just minutes away and a wonderful relaxing time at the spa just a short walk away. We also took a trip to Mystic for some shopping and a great dinner and still managed to have some nice wind down time in front of the fire watching a comedy on Netflix. The condo had everything we needed as well as great touches of snacks and coffee plus all sorts of creamers. Would definitely come back again!!!

As a native long islander I enjoy finding great properties I can bring my family to to take advantage of all long island has to offer. This was the DREAMIEST beach bungalow!! The bedroom with the two beds was just my favorite room especially since we visited off season. You cannot beat this location. I can't wait to book again during high season! Mougeh's place is a lovely home with ample space, toys, books, games for entire family, within walking distance to the beach, and four mile drive to all shopping needs. The reason for the three star rating given in the "clean house" question was because when we arrived we noticed dog hair in the living area. We contacted the host and immediately the next day the cleaning service arrived and cleaned it. We were refunded the cleaning fee. Mougeh is very caring and responsive to her guests's needs.

A quaint cottage that was sparkling clean. Access to the Peconic from a private dock with the available kayaks and canoes. There is a pristine built-in pool with new decking. There was a 10 minute drive to Hampton Bays town with great restaurants, grocery and shopping.

Large Island Lake House, near casinos

We loved the lakehouse! The setting and house were more beautiful than the photos. Panoramic lake views abound from inside and outside the house. The kitchen has new appliances and the house was toasty on a few very cold days. Also, there is a nice fire pit, outdoor lounge area, and a new dock that is amazing at night to walk out onto and gaze up at the stars. The sunrises and sunsets are visible from the property and provide a bonus. It’s very peaceful and everyone in my group slept well. I hope to be back in the warmer weather to swim, kayak, and unwind.

We loved our stay in Westbrook! Mia's lovely home exceeded our expectations in terms of decor, furnishings, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen and bath ... all in a quiet and private setting. The house was especially well-situated for us. We had tickets for a special theater performance at Gillette Castle one evening, and then had to be in New Haven on the next day. All were easy drives. And, there are amazing fine dining options nearby. We'll definitely try to book this wonderful place any time we have events in the area. Thank you, Mia, for a magical Autumn weekend in Connecticut!

Gabriel & Tori’s house was perfect for two couples during a long weekend getaway! Conveniently located across from the beautiful bay and a stones throw away from Legends restaurant - it was a peaceful and clean retreat from “normal” life. Pro tip- bring a projector for the bonus room :-) 10/10, would love to stay again!

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Amber’s place was immaculate and stunning. This was my 2nd time staying and it was just as magical! The place had plenty of space for a family of 3 and the washer/dryer was very convenient. We had a great time and would stay here again!

It was a perfect spot for our little family vacation. We were so close to a few really nice beaches and the area is a short drive to mystic aquarium and village. Patsy and family are very nice and gave some great suggestions for activities in the area.

Perfect getaway in Shelter Island! The pool house is as amazing as it looks in the listing :) Cute house on a beautiful, peaceful and very private green lot. Primael was very welcoming and responsive. She was also very flexible in terms of our check in and check out. Everything went super smoothly. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!
