We stayed here for my son’s wedding and it was perfect! Our favorite part is the back patio with all the beautiful views of the water. The house was clean, kitchen and bathroom stocked with everything you need and location feels So homey and safe. Would definitely recommend!

First Cast is First Class!!!! Luke is the ultimate host. He and his wife are establishing a legacy of hospitality on Caddo Lake. First Cast has all the amenities you would expect (and more) in a beautiful location. I really appreciate all the extra thoughtfulness they have put into making this such a premier place on the lake. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful, well thought out design and very clean. The sleeping area is separate from gathering area and that worked wonderful for napping toddlers. The bathrooms are very spacious and well lit. The laundry room is great when you are staying for over a week with family. We even got to enjoy the pool since it hit 85* in February. Many hours spent in the hot tub Beds are awesome and very comfortable. The house is not at all cluttered and very tastefully decorated. The view of the lake was so peaceful and felt so private. Had a little luck fishing in the lake but mostly just enjoyed family time in this lovely home. GW is so kind and welcoming, he makes you fell like family. If we are ever in the area again we will see if this property is available to make more family memories.

There were wild dogs, cars driving with explosions, and the surrounding area seemed a little unsafe.The condition of the house was beautiful and nice, but it was a little inconvenient, such as the lack of a dining table, but overall it was good.

We chose this place for a weekend visit to Caddo Lake State Park. Did not disappoint. The host was flexible to allow us early check in. Very responsive and proactive, checking on how our stay experience was on a daily basis. Will definitely choose this place again. Thank you for the treats!
