Bay is 3minutes by car. Our home is all newly updated to everyone’s taste. We always replenish our bedding, towels, area rugs and linens in each season. We know how important a CLEAN comfortable home is. Especially sleep, so we have amazing mattresses as well. We only want the best experience for you!

The back yard also features ample seating, a fire pit, and a brand new 7 person hot tub. This is the perfect getaway for any family or families looking for fun at the jersey shore.

This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Located one block from the marina and two blocks from the beach, pier, and playground. 6-minute drive to Ocean City or stay in town and explore! This isn't just a rental, it's our beloved family beach house, and we hope you'll love it too.
