Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

A temporary home: our renovated bright 2-room apartment in the heart of Greifswald. Each apartment honors a regional personality. Centrally and quietly located, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The marketplace, the Pomeranian State Museum and the museum harbor are just a few steps away. There is a charging station for electric cars right outside the door. Modernly equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and kitchen. In the house: Restaurant & Café Lichtblick (closed on Sundays).

Villa Bella is a luxurious house designed for people who like to travel in groups and value privacy. The villa is just 1.9 km from the beach. The house has a bedroom and a bathroom adapted for the disabled. A garage for two cars and outdoor parking on the property are also available for guests.

It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. It is the largest of the three houses to rent. Dogs are welcome. Rowing on the pond, picking ripe fruit from the trees, fishing and the caught fish right on the garden grill: pure enjoyment, in peace and quiet!
