In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. This old brewery house just on the lake Naten in Stjärnhov was refurbished in 1999 and hosts easily up to 12 guests. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Also a loft with matresses. Take the rowing bout out on the lake, have a sauna and a swim and enjoy lazy days on the deck outside. Go for walks in the forest and pass meadows with grazing cattle on your way. Mushroom and berry picking is allowed and you can explore from the water aswell. In the evening, relax in front of the fire.
