Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Wonderful location and house with cozy garden

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Newly renovated townhouse in Österlen!

With 10 minutes car or train ride from Simrishamn is the village of Gärsnäs where this fantastic house of 120 sqm with large patio is rented out for 3 years. The residence is about 1 minute walk from the train station which is well connected to Simrishamn but also to Ystad and on to Copenhagen. In Gärsnäs there is a cafe, grocery store and gas station. It is possible to buy for departure cleaning and this you book before arrival, if you want to clean yourself, this should be done carefully before departure.

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Architect-designed small house in Baskemölla on Österlen. Repainted inside in 2023. Close by is the sea and fantastic nature. Skåneleden (SL4) is just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north, take the wonderful beach promenade in Carl von Linné's footsteps towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rentals 2025 week 24-27 (weekly) and week 32-35 (weekly)

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation with 6 adult beds, 1 bed and 2 cribs next to Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. If you need to charge the car, I have a charging box, let me know and we'll figure it out for a refund. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.

A dream home for those of you who are looking for relaxation and comfort with many amenities in a scenic setting. The view from the windows gives you a panoramic view of the ocean's spectacle which is magical every day of the year. The dunes and the white, mile-long beach are just outside the corner that provides the opportunity for play, activities and relaxation depending on what suits you.
