Vacation rentals with a patio in Stevens County

Our stay was awesome! The area was beautiful and the entirety of the place was exactly what we wanted! The pole barn was stocked with many fun activities (corn hole being a favorite), as well as places to sit, relax, and enjoy each other. The fire pit was a perfect place to end our night. The cabin was cozy and cool with the help of the A/C. The kitchen was well equipped and the stove top was a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone who wants to “glamp” and we will definitely be booking again!

Very comfortable space with plenty of room. Everything we needed for our three night stay. Ken was very responsive, friendly and went above and beyond to give us recommendations for the local area. We will for sure be contacting him again to stay at the cabin the next time we’re in the area.

Stayed for a full week while visiting family in Colville. Extra bedroom upstairs was perfect for a couple of those nights, where we had one or the other of our grandkids come stay for a sleepover. We’ll definitely look for this place again on our next trip up to NE Washington.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. Well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and snacks. Jim was very helpful in giving clear directions how to get to the property. We loved being able to bring our furry family member!

This lake side residence is truly a 10 star luxury property. The home is immaculately furnished with high end features and fixtures. The bathrooms are spa like and the kitchen would be the envy of a Michelin starred chef. The remote location on the lake ensures the utmost privacy with virtually non-existent boat traffic which enhances the day time activities such as water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming or just floating on inner tubes. Peaceful evenings are ideal for dinner on the expansive deck and star gazing late at night. My family had an incredible experience at this home and will be back next year for more fun and adventures.

This is a great place to unwind after skiing at 49North. Well appointed kitchen and super clean space with everything you need and more. Super quiet and private, but plenty of wildlife right out the front door. Would gladly stay here again!

So much to love in a great condo. We had an amazing time with close access to the water for our boat. We would stay here again for sure.

Dawn's rental was perfect for what was needed and for a good price too. It was stocked with basic necessities so we didn't need to go out and buy basic items. There were other helpful accommodations available as well. The rental was very clean and tidy. My husband and I liked the private setting, the view from the deck, and the overall comfort of the rental. Dawn was very helpful, kind, and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. My husband and I would definitely stay there again should the need arise and we would definitely recommend her place to visiting family and friends or anyone visiting Colville.
