Only spent one night but the place was quite cozy. Loved the beach theme of the decor! Bed was comfy. Apartment was well stocked with all of the essentials plus more. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay and would book again without hesitation. Added bonus was meeting their 3 beautiful friendly dogs upon checkout!

We stayed en route to Conception Bay, after getting off the day ferry sailing in Port aux Basques. We had no troubles, everything was as described and the host was always responsive. I especially appreciated the provided coffee supplies.

Joanne’s pad was amazing! Everything was as described and the location worked very well for a budget friendly Gros Morne hiking trip given we had a rental car and a parking space was provided. The kitchen had all the amenities to allow for meals to be made, and the bedroom tv’s silly design made it super easy and fun to feel nostalgic watching some old DVDs.

There are so many amazing things to say about the space provided by Chelsea, apart from 10/10 response times and flexibility. We had to find a place to stay last minute, the evening of our booking, and booking with Chelsea was the most stress-free part of our trip. The residence was spotless, very spacious, and had beautiful decor. Not to mention great wifi, which is always a saving grace these days. Getting into the space had easy instructions on how to open the door, and I felt very secure. I am so grateful for Chelsea and her listing, and I will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. This place is our family's new go-to! Thanks again, Chelsea! We will be back!

We stayed June 5 to 8; first day it was sunny 27 degrees and the house was hot; it cooled in the evening though. More fans would have have been nice. Beds were comfortable and the white towels were lovely. We didn't have time to use the fire pit, but nice option. Oven was convection and worked great as we did a lot for baking. Dishwasher worked great. Shower was decent and lots of hot water for 4 of us. Living room furniture was comfortable for 4 people. Very clean. Appreciated the extra towels in the closet. Thank you for letting us arrive a little early and providing 2 keys. School is across the street but we never heard any noise from the school. We would stay there again, just not in the heat of summer (would need a house with A/C). thank you Andrea!

Our hosts were kind and approachable. The accommodations were exactly as described - clean and spacious. The location was private and peaceful and only a short distance to town. We would definitely stay there again!
