On the property, there is a swing for friends, as well as apple and cherry trees. Rowboat access in the summer for a lovely day on the lake. About 2–3 kilometers (1.2–1.9 miles) away is Sandviksbadet, which has a sandy beach. Approximately 20 km (12 miles) to Ica Maxi in Eskilstuna.

With the forest right at your doorstep and a lovely swimming area for both people and dogs 5 km (3 miles) away.

In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Kura upp dig i soffan framför brasan eller utforska fina motionslingor jämns med vattnet, där det även finns utegym, frisbeegolf och boulbana.
