Vacation rentals with beach access in Stella Maris beach

The studio is better than the pictures that are published, complete and all brand new. We stayed in a group of 3 people during the carnival and it was amazing. The experience of staying in this condominium is different. Az always answered our questions and gave us valuable tips. I highly recommend it.

This is the third time we've stayed at Nilma's apartment… that says a lot about our opinion of the place. The apartment is well equipped, we loved the space and location. This time we had a small setback with the air-conditioners in the rooms, but it was quickly resolved. I hope we can get back soon.

We were greeted by co-host Luiz, we arrived at the site he was already waiting for us, super helpful, gave us local tips, whenever we sent msgm, he responded quickly. At the checkout it made us happy to leave according to the times of our flight. Exceptional location, identical to the photos, well located, about 2.5 km from the bar lighthouse. My first experience on Airbnb. Super recommend it.

Super nice atmosphere, wonderful pool area! My whole family and I love spending our weekend there, not to mention that it is very close to the beach, which you can walk to because it is easy to access a place that forms natural pools (great for those with children).

All right with the stay , Ruy always request ...for a better comfort in the apt just a few adjustments more nothing that hindered us, such as the placement of the box in the bathroom , a black out curtain for those who sleep in the living room , a more comfortable mattress and more carpets for the bathroom the condominium space is a delight porters and friendly staff we were able to use tds the premises of the building

I was a little afraid of the site, but I relied on the other reviews that said to be a good location and in the end it was all super quiet. The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. We were greeted by Jack, who was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to those who need to get to the airport or those who want to enjoy the nearby beach.

The house has an excellent location, close to the beach. It is very wide, has all kitchen utensils, features face towels, hand soap, toilet paper, bed linens. Everything was very clean. The photos represent the place very well. The balcony, swimming pool and BBQ are a delight. All rooms are air-conditioned. The only point to complain is that in the announcement 4 and a half bathrooms were informed and at the end are 3 and a half bathrooms. The bathroom is located in the back, but it is used by the housekeeper (which in passing is very polite). This made a difference for us, who were in a large group. Another point to mention is that the mattress of one of the rooms (the last one, closer to the bathroom) had a very bad mattress, when lying down it sank. Outside these 3 points we had a great experience, we would definitely come back.

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

Nice place, comfortable, spacious, good location. There are nightclubs nearby, and you can hear the music from the apartment.

We came in a family and rented two units, the apt that my in-laws stayed, was impeccable! All brand new and very clean. In mine had some maintenance details but nothing serious. O Host attentive and responsive. We take advantage of the amenities offered by the condominium. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a very safe area. The structure of the building is great, but the highlight we give is the apartment's balcony: side view to the sea, equipped with a hammock... a charming place to have coffee, we love it. The apartment matches the description exactly, with a good shower and air-conditioning that handles the Salvador heat. Viviane, as a host, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, forwarded suggestions for bars, restaurants, tours and was always available to make our stay in Salvador the best possible, in addition to the attention she gave us at check-in. We recommend it to everyone in the community and will certainly return if a new opportunity arises.

Luxury space, super well thought out so that each space in the apartment fulfills its functionality. Comfortable bed, room with a giant closet at your disposal, complete kitchen (we only miss tupperware and saw knife), delicious shower, pleasant pool, equally pleasant neighborhood, balcony with network, efficient internet for home office. All great. We spend days of great tranquility and rest in this place. Communication with Paulo and Antônio optimum as well. Very receptive Antonio, it took us to get to know the region to get to know ourselves. Apt with a small beach view from the balcony. Local super recommended!!!

Great place to spend a few days, in a couple or at most with 1 child, because of the small space. Easy to find, close to local beaches, supermarket, pharmacy, Fast food drivers, well located. Local is on a very quiet street, great for those who want to relax for a while. Voltaria for sure.
