Peaceful and central 4-person studio, located in the heart of the Valfréjus resort (73500), close to the Modane TGV station (6 km) and the gates of Italy (100 km from Turin) and 50 m from the ski lifts. Hi. Linens ( sheets, towels, towels) are not included. you must provide them. Possibility to rent it to the concierge in advance. We rent our apartment to mountain lovers summer and winter for ideally 4 (max 6 people). It is a small 3 rooms of 23 m2 with 2 small separate bedrooms including one closed by a curtain ( bed in 120)in the residence of Thabor ideally located opposite the gondola.

A modern kitchen is visible, featuring light wooden cabinetry and a black countertop. A round table with sleek chairs occupies the dining area, while a spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the spacious, open layout.

Following our stay in the Modane residence, we found a clean, welcoming accommodation located close to the ski slopes, with slopes suitable for all levels! The pool and sauna are also a plus after a day of skiing. In the center of the resort, everything is nearby: restaurants and small shops. Pierre-Antoine and Sarah's place is very well located, and perfectly arranged to allow everyone to find their place and comfort . The ski lifts are a 10 min walk and the possibility of ski-in/ski-out is a real plus. We had a great stay there .

Excellent week at the foot of the slopes with a view of the cable car and Place Thabor where most of the entertainment takes place. Carole is very friendly and concerned about our well-being throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

SUPER very nice apartment very bright well exposed very well equipped easy to maintain spacious very well located family resort very pleasant for children (club organization in any case during the school holidays) 1; do not forget the reservations for restaurants 2: for trains strongly that everything is reorganized Paris/modane otherwise it is a bit of an expedition! Thank you, we hope to come back!

Very pleasant accommodation, nicely decorated, well-equipped. Perfect location a stone's throw from the slopes.

We had a lovely stay at Nicolas and Maud's apartment. The accommodation is particularly cozy and very well decorated, with a complete set of amenities, worthy of a great chef:). The immediate environment is quiet and the large terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. We had the pleasure of meeting Georges early in the morning, this large deer seems to have taken up residence in the resort. Shops can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. Anyway, recommend!
