The space is comfortable, well located and well equipped, which made my stay very pleasant. Communication with the owner was efficient and cordial, which made the whole process easier. The house is very good, the only strange detail is that the bathrooms have no doors. The one in the living room is the only one that has it, but it doesn't close properly.

A safe and private place, as it is inside a gated condominium. There are rules for access to the entrance and conduct, which makes the place very peaceful. The house is spacious and accommodated 5 people well.

Luziene was extremely available during the stay. The space holds two people well for a quick stay as a good support point for those who want to know the city. Check in and check out were extremely quiet. Excellent cost-benefit.

I highly recommend Ricardo's apartment. The experience was so good that I stayed twice. Well located, with utensils and facilities for a better stay, as well as air-conditioned in both bedrooms.

The stay was great. I stayed 2 nights, comfortable bed, space to put my suitcase, air conditioning, clean bed linen and towels. Everything is in order! Erick responds very quickly and is very friendly. The location is also great, you can walk to the Capim Dourado mall. The only point that can improve is that the bathroom has no shower enclosure or curtain, so it ends up getting everything wet and you have to keep mopping because it is shared. But that's just a detail, I highly recommend staying with Erick.
