The room has a private bathroom, queen size bed, desk, wardrobe, smart TV, minibar, central air, fan, pool window, street surveillance, easy to get an Uber, books, everything is very quiet... The house has pets (dog and cats). Smoking is not allowed. Access to all areas of the house: living room, kitchen, service area, balcony, barbecue, swimming pool... Laundry is allowed once a week. No cooking is allowed, except for snacks and coffee.

The price is 170 per person from the third person and accommodates up to six. One to six people can stay in two double beds and three single beds. It has a private bathroom inside the room and a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator outside.
