I could not go with my family, we had family problems, so unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of going to enjoy the excellent space of Vanessa, we were very sad that we could not go. Our stay was great, the place is really small but meets our needs well since we don't travel to stay inside the apartment all the time. The only thing we missed was a television, especially for my parents who are older and like to watch the news and soap operas in the morning and at night, the suggestion remains but the place is very quiet and familiar, the pool is great, my son enjoyed it very much

Nira's space is designed in every detail to please the customer during their stay. The location, cleanliness, kitchen utensils, fast internet with Smart TV, bed linen and towels, common barbecue area, sauna, pool and an ice maker that is a big plus for the kids are excellent. In addition, the location is next to the shortcut street, which makes it much easier to access the beach in a quieter area. The hostess was quick to respond and always asked to meet our needs, it was worth every penny spent, it was really very good.

The flat matches exactly what is written! We went in 3 people (1 couple and one child), but they comfortably fit 5 people. Extremely clean, super-equipped kitchen with great utensils for the stay - to eat at home. The condominium is quiet and great for rest. Clean pool, available and kind staff. Wanderson was a great host by being accessible and responding quickly. It exceeded our expectations! For sure when we get back to Alter we'll stay in Wanderson's flat.

From the beginning, before booking, the host Clauber was very attentive and kind. After entering the house we were very satisfied with the place, the cleanliness, the check-in was very practical, we entered without any problems, all the items that were discussed were totally impeccable. Clauber was always very quick to respond and answered all our questions about what we needed. Don't be afraid, anyone who books this place with this host will not regret it because what he says in the description is still less than you can expect, everything is very Fantastic.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Belém. Everything was close, I spent little on Uber. It was close to pharmacies, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I did everything on foot. In addition to being close to the Teatro da Paz and also to the Basilica of Our Lady of Nazareth. It's next to a 5-star hotel, and I found the streets safe in the surrounding area. The apartment is very spacious, great for being with the family. They had sweets and liqueurs waiting for us as a courtesy. Vera also left drinks and food available in the kitchen, and the price list in case we need it, all with fair prices. The apartment is super ventilated, but it also had air-conditioning in all the rooms. At the end of the stay we needed to leave the suitcase somewhere since our flight was at night, and Vera helped a lot, always responding quickly. If I go back to Belém, I intend to stay there again.

SUPER SMELLING towels and bedding!!! Accommodation complete with household utensils, all organized, I felt a lot of whim and love. Near downtown, I indicate!

The stay was great! We can count on all the announced amenities and Ivanete even supported us diligently with the check-in that needed to be carried out in the early hours. The space was quite clean and organized! Throughout the stay, Ivanete made it a point to worry if we were well accommodated and if we needed any support for greater comfort.

Fantastic stay. A 7 min walk to a very nice grocery market. Great restaurants nearby. The accommodation was spotless and looked exactly as pictured. Ruy was very responsive and helpful.

The place is exactly like the pictures. Marcia and her husband were very kind and caring to us, because we needed to move up the check-in time and she was able to release it earlier. We also needed to leave a little later and she let us stay in the apartment. The building has a very good leisure area, everything is organized and the residents are also very kind. Supermarket, gym and restaurants nearby, and for those who like to walk, there is an avenue with a central lane that is very wooded.
