Our stay was very peaceful, we booked the apartment to spend the weekend in Cuiabá and we had no problems. The apartment is close to everything, easy to find Uber and with markets nearby. The condominium is excellent and the apartment is super spacious, there were 5 adults and it felt like everyone was at home. Victor always answered me quickly, very polite and available to help us. I recommend it!!!

Our experience was excellent! Elizete is extremely kind, attentive and helpful. As soon as we arrived, she was already there waiting for us with great sympathy. He made a point of welcoming us personally, introduced us to all the rooms in the house, explained how the equipment worked and even surprised us with a delicious carrot cake prepared with affection. The house is amazing! Everything is very clean, organized and cared for with zeal. It has a heated pool, pool table, super-equipped kitchen, washing machine, showers and faucets with hot water, hammocks spread throughout the house and very comfortable rooms. They thought of every detail for the comfort of the guests. We had some unforeseen events during the stay, and whenever we needed any information, Elizete responded promptly. It was undoubtedly a wonderful stay. We'll be back for sure!

We did not stay in this accommodation because she told us that there had been an electrical problem that would not be repaired within the time limit selected for accommodation! However, the same company provided us with another, much inferior accommodation and charged us a lower price. We were grateful for the help but the house was really bad! When you have a schedule and no options, the solution is to agree. But here's the record.
