All goods 😊 very accommodating and friendly landlady. The apartment was practical and yet comfortably furnished. Sauna and pool were clean.

Irena's place is wonderful! Right by the water - great for swimming. It is a short walk to Old Town and in a nice private location. The house has all that you need, is neat and clean and in good order. The price is a little higher than some but it is a beautiful place with outdoor chairs for enjoying the view. We really enjoyed our stay. Irena is quick to answer questions and was very helpful.

We had a fabulous time at Josipa’s apartment. It was modern, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! Josipa was a great host, allowing us to check in a little early, and stay a little longer. This was a great location to relax by the ocean and explore the area. We hope to come back someday.

This apartment is fabulous and the view from the balcony is stunning! Stanko warmly welcomed us, and we were lucky to be allowed an early check-in. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable, so we immediately felt right at home. The balcony is massive, complete with table & chairs and 2 deckchairs, from which we enjoyed the beautiful seaview & terracotta rooftops. The pool and surrounding areas are also well cared for, with comfortable furniture. The ground floor laundry was an added bonus, complete with washer, dryer and iron & ironing board. There’s a Tommy supermarket 2 min walk away and the walk down to Bol harbour front is approx 5 mins (10 mins back uphill)! Bol is such a beautiful place and we absolutely loved our week’s holiday here. We will be back, for sure! I would 100% recommend this place without hesitation! Thank you!

I rented 4 of the apartments for a total of 14 members of my family for almost 2 weeks. We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Marija and Eli couldn't have been more helpful. Marija had the kindest most welcoming personality. She was available all the time for advice and to arrange everything we wanted. She arranged a boat for the whole family for a day excursion to some islands. She arranged dinner reservations as well as taxi pickups. She also arranged all the transportation to and from the airport. The apartments were in a perfect position close to supermarkets, to the old city and to many restaurants. Our stay there exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend staying there.

Amazing place to stay at Katija is such an excellent host! Accommodating and helped a lot with questions and advice around the area. Offered to help me with some laundry too, superstar.

The accommodation is nice and on a quiet street. The beach, shops and port are within walking distance. Roko is a really nice, responsive and available host. In summary, good location for visiting Split.

I entirely agree with the other reviews. It is exactly as described. Fantastic location about 30yds then 38 steps above a bakery/Supermarket in the old town. Amazing view of the old town and harbour from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower over bath. We had a hire car, and Ivan met us, drove us from where we parked to the flat and carried our bags in! Parking in Cavtat is the only potential problem if you have a hire car so ask Ivan for advice. We took the bus to Dubrovnik because it's even worse there, and the bus is easy! Fantastic place to stay and thoroughly recommended.

We were very impressed with the furnishings of the apartment, which was decorated with taste and very practical. We felt at home, there was nothing missing. the place was very clean and climatic. A terrace with a beautiful view, Rene and his wife are great hosts, always available if needed but completely respecting the privacy of the guests. the location is also a great, quiet place, interesting beaches and a cool starting point.
