A very nice peaceful natural hideaway in half an hour drive from Belgrade center. Spacious, clean, with everything inside. Suitable for occasions.

Great place to stay! Beautifull sights and very secluded. It was a bit of rougj terrain and not in walking distance of much things, but it was verry worthwhile experience.

The kitchen is convenient, with an open layout, and there is a beautiful, spacious shower. Two bedrooms with large panoramic windows. It’s a true loft where you feel incredibly comfortable, and you won’t want to leave. There is also a lovely outdoor area, swimming pools, and even Nick offered a sauna. You can park your car nearby, and there’s a large supermarket just a short drive or walk away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Nick, and I will definitely return. Dejan iyi ve ilgili bir ev sahibi, ev tertemiz. Çarşaflar, banyo pırıl pırıl. Bizim kaldığımız apart diyeyim çünkü burası yazan villanın tamamı değil. Alt katta annesi kalıyor galiba üst çatı da iki apart şeklinde ayrılmış. Ben kiralarken yanlış anlamışım onun dışında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Keyifli bir konaklama idi. Teşekkür ederiz.

This was our second stay at Felix's place for the winter holidays, and it was just as wonderful as the first. It's hard to imagine a more convenient location or a more responsive host. Everything was absolutely perfect, as expected. Felix's attention to detail and the thoughtful welcome touches truly made our stay extra special.

We spent 50 great days in Zemun. It’s an vintage building, some things should be upgraded, but all works. The description needs clarifying, that would be helpful for future guests. Two apartments are collectively described, still not in details, like there are 25 stairs to the apartment and no cleaning service. The host and her family are very kind and friendly, they were right there if we needed something. It was a great experience and we would be happy to stay there again.

It was a great relax on our way to Greece. Very friendly and helpful owner. The house is well equiped, pool and jacuzzi and big garden. Terasse would need to renovate a bit but with nice view to the hills and fields. Very quiet place. Shops and restaurants you can achieve by car only.

Great place to stay in a very central and convenient location in Belgrade. This apartment has everything you will need for a short or long-term stay. Milica is very friendly and responsive and she was great to work with. I highly recommend this apartment, or working with Milica in general, as I know she has other listings available. A+!

Very hospitable and responsive host. The apartment was good, with enough beds for my 3 kids, wife and me. The view out to the East gate was excellent - in fact the balcony area was the best feature of the apartment, we spent every morning drinking coffee and enjoying the sunrise there. Recommended to anyone with family and who wants to be between the center and the suburbs (Mali Mokri Lug, Mirijevo, etc).
