Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. Our two bedroom apartment is situated in Medvinjak, a small community on a walking distance from Korcula. Enjoy the lovely seaview from our terrace and go for a swim to the nearby beach! There is also our cat Mici who can be loud on occasion. IMPORTANT: the apartments directly above are also rentals (this part of the house belongs to my sister), so there is no total privacy! You will hear people talking, chairs scraping and generally sounds of everyday life.
