I keep returning to this place - always clean, well equipped, peaceful and comfortable. Most important, the host is always one message a way. And the location is perfect - less traffic noise and it connects well to all the main meeting points. In particular we enjoyed the tiny cafe called 'takeaway' which had alternative milk options and delicious smoothies.

Zoran’s place is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from the main square. If you prefer not to walk, a taxi ride from the Old Bazaar costs only 110 MKD. The accommodation is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. Zoran is an exceptional host—very helpful and accommodating. He kindly allowed me to stay a few extra hours while I waited for my taxi, which he also helped arrange. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The owner was very interested. The house was spotless, including sunscreen. The location of the house is great, 17 minutes by walking to the Turkish bazaar, there is a KAM market just ahead of the ramstore. My wife and I had a wonderful week. I would recommend it to anyone.

When I first Saw this place on Airbnb I fell in love immediately. But my itinerary wasn’t complete so I couldn’t book. Anxiously I checked everyone in a while if the period we where planning to go to Macedonia was still open for booking.. until finally we where sure about our traveldates. I booked, it was the best decision! The house is wonderful. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is spacious, new and very clean. The garden is a true oasis, the pool is refreshing and sitting on the patio was just lovely with the nice temperature and the cool breeze. The family that owns this property is caring and warm. Rina will give you tips on where to go based on your preferences. She is new in the hospitality business but I ensure you she has talent. Thank you for having us Rina & Neno, we had a lovely time. The next time we visit Macedonia we will definitely come back!

Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. This villa was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway with a big group of friends. It’s beautifully designed, very clean, and felt warm and welcoming. The location was great, and we couldn’t have asked for a friendlier or more responsive host. Agim truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed for 3 people for 1 night and it was very nice. Host Bledar is very kind. She explained the instructions in order and easily. There were minor problems, but no problem, the neighborhood of the house is also a nice and quiet place. Thank you.

The accommodation was perfect and exactly as described, with a breathtaking view of the valley. Although we experienced some issues with the water supply in the upper part of the village on the second night, we were quickly provided with an alternative accommodation with warm water. A big thank you to the manager, Rafet – I have rarely met such a helpful and hospitable person on my travels.

We had a wonderful stay at Leon’s place. It has a modern, fresh style and is very well connected to important tourist spots. Additionally, there are two nice malls nearby where you can easily buy all the groceries you need. Leon was always available and polite when we contacted him. Definitely a place you will not regret choosing as an Airbnb.
