Our humble establishment offers five apartments featuring the same setup, each 4* apartment is for 4+2 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, living room with sofa bed and access to pool and private beach. Plenty of outdoor relaxation and activities space with a basketball court, ping-pong table and small gym. Free use for all guests of covered outside kitchen with BBQ grill and oven as well as covered private parking. Daily breakfast and weekly dinner is included in price.

Newly furnished beautiful and modern apartment with stunning sea views, garden and large pool, located just 5 minutes walking distance from Split’s historical center. 🔔 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SEASON 2025 🔔 Please note that during the 2025 summer season, there will be ongoing construction work on two neighboring properties adjacent to the apartment. This may result in significant daytime noise. This activity will mainly occur Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00–5:00 PM.

Located in a small touristic place Stanići, just 100m from the Velika luka beach, Boja Nel Blue Apartment features accommodation for 6 persons with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and a balcony with sea view. Omiš is 4km from the apartment, Split and Makarska are 30km from the apartment and the nearest airport is Split (50km).

Large modern apartment, with 2 large terraces, solar shower, 2 entrances, 2 bathrooms, veranda, super sea view, garden, wifi, large kitchen. The apartment is comfortable and only 50m from the sea. The large bathroom is new and we are currently remodeling a large brown room where we have also installed a second air conditioner so that now the suite has 2 air conditioners.
