Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Enjoy the rural surroundings of Goeree-Overflakke with its picturesque villages or visit a bustling city such as Rotterdam, Roosendaal or Breda. The popular beaches of Brouwersdam, Renesse and Ouddorp are also 40 minutes away. The village itself is wonderfully quiet, located next to nature reserve Hellegatsplaten, harbor nearby and supermarket 2 minutes walk.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Cozy studio in the outskirts of Hoeven

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is in a green recreation area. You will find the historic Oudenbosch and Hoeven 2 km away, and in 20 minutes you will be in the center of Burgundian Breda with plenty of restaurants. The studio offers a king-size bed and a nice seat, a beautiful green backyard where you can stay privately plus a small terrace at the front.

Enjoy a quiet holiday in the Groomhuisje of Stal Désirée in the middle of beautiful nature. De-stress. Relax. With or without your horse. Stable with straw, hay, lump. Indoor bin, outside bin, laundry area with warm water, paddock, step mill, free parking space also for trailer. For mountain bikers/hikers 10 km away: Recreation area in Bergen-op-Zoom. Detached holiday home on the waterfront.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected with the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand 5 (min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not too far away. The city of Rotterdam popular for tourists is only 25 minutes by car.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

This house of about 50 square meters is perfect for one or two people who want to enjoy nature, fresh air and privacy. The house is within cycling distance of nature reserves and beaches. Discover the picturesque villages on Goeree-Overflakkee or visit cities such as: Rotterdam (30 min.), Zierikzee (30 min.), Willemstad (15 min.) or Breda (40 min.).

This charming accommodation is located in a beautiful spot on the water with views of the historic ramparts. Enjoy your terrace on the water and the beautiful views over the polder. Our cottage is close to the historic town of Willemstad and about 20 minutes' drive from the always cozy Breda. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle (no stove). Our cottage is not suitable for the disabled and babies/children.

Cottage on the Binnenmaas

This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.
