Beach house vacation rentals in St. Thomas

10 out of 10, not only was the place amazing, but K was the best host. She checked in with us and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. K was super accommodating as well. The views were absolutely stunning! One of the best sunrises I’ve ever witness, and the cool thing was, you didn’t have to go anywhere to see it, you literally just walked out on the balcony and there it was. Place was extremely clean and well organized, pool in the back is perfect for a relax and chill kind of day. The location is on the north end of the island, you can walk to the local market, we would get groceries there. We went to Sib’s, bar/restaurant close by, one of the oldest restaurants on the island I believe. The food was great! If you want a super private, check out for a couple of days, to rest and relax, this is your place. Do not hesitate, go ahead and book it. Thanks again to K for being the best host and allowing Sami and I to stay at your place. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the house. The view over the ocean is spectacular and we ate outside on the deck almost every night admiring the sunset and then the stars. The small pool was refreshing. We had ample space for our two teens, each with their own rooms. The house was also very clean and air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. The house could use some maintenance— the outside doors, some stove burners didn’t work, towel rods loose/came down, etc. And perhaps not great choice if you have small kids (deck railing is loosely protective…) or don’t like stairs. But these small issues didn’t detract for us from the pristine views, comfortable rooms, and clean relaxing vibe of the house. And Joanne was always responsive and helpful! Overall the house helped make this a great St Thomas vacation, we looked forward to returning to it each day.

Im just going repeat what has already been said. This property was beyond expectations. The views alone are breathtaking. Its safe and the beds and rooms were all top notch. I will also say...in the event you didn't pack something...Im 99% sure it will be there. From cotton swabs to Games and novels. The book of local things to do, eat and visit is so exhaustive I doubt you will find time to do it all. I could not recommend it more. Book and enjoy your stay!

absolutely beautiful property! incredible views. House was well equipped in extremely comfortable. The pool was lovely and perfectly maintained. although we didn't cook in the kitchen this trip the kitchen had everything you could ever need. Both hosts we're extremely proactive and helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

I had a great trip staying at Cabrita by the Sea! I was provided with many recommendations and had any questions I had answered quickly! The Airbnb was easy and convenient near Red Hook where you can find many restaurants and the ferry to St John. While at St Thomas I would recommend going on a snorkeling trip. Our favorite beaches were Magens Bay and Trunk and Maho (St John)

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at St. John and choosing Ramona and Chris’s place was absolutely perfect. Chris met us when we got our rental car and led us to the Airbnb which was so kind and helpful. He gave us a ton of local recommendations and answered any questions we had throughout the week. The views are absolutely breathtaking and are hard to fully capture on their listing pictures! The AC worked wonderfully and the outdoor shower made things feel extra tropical! The place came with a few cat friends that we thoroughly enjoyed and the stairs were the perfect workout in the morning before the beach. We hope to come back to St. John in the near future and will most definitely be back here if it is just the two of us! Thanks for making our trip so memorable with a wonderful home for the week!!

Most comfortable bed!!! All the other reviews say it all. I’m going to tell you that the bed - mattress with foam topper and super soft sheets are a dream in the making. So if you’re worried about back aches after waking up but your mind at ease.

This place was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We arrived early and we were allowed to check in early & greeted at the home with a tour from the host. The view was breathtaking! The pool was a huge addition to our stay. Would definitely recommend this location if you are visiting St. Thomas with family or friends. Everything was close by food, beaches, stores etc.

This is a cozy condo, with a beautiful view that extends down to Bolongo Bay. It is comfortable and clean. I have stayed here before, and look forward to staying here again!!

Martina and CJ provided me and my friends with a clean perfect view of the island it has been the best experience I ever had and one to remember♥️ I was comfortable the house came with everything I needed and so much more and I’m glad they made my trip worth it!! I have zero regrets and the one o did they responded in a manner time with clear instructions. Thank you Martina and CJ so much!

Check in was easy and the Mgr Jerscilla provided recommendations with airport transfers, jeep rental, and excursions. She greeted us and walked us through the layout and use of modern electronics of the villa. It was stocked with snacks, coffee, water, paper towels, seasoning, and basic condiments that were very appreciated. Those items add up when you need to buy a few things from local grocery stores. The villa set up has the courtyard in the center with pool, games, outdoor dining, outdoor bar, TV lounge area, and Sonos speakers. I have these at my home. Kitchen, dining and living on one side with bedrooms and bathrooms on the other. We really liked the bidets and quality TP! A perfect set up for privacy that was gated. We will go back and will stay here again if it’s available.

We really enjoyed Julies dwelling. It was in an area that was laid back and comfortable but had all the amenities needed in walking distance. The beach front was amazing with its clear clean water and access to two reefs that provided fantastic snorkeling. Coffee shop, bar, restaurants were just a short walk away. Julie was very flexible with us and was very very responsive to any of our questions.

Our stay at this property was excellent. The views were remarkable, the house was well-equipped (including a generator), and the location was convenient to Red Hook and the East End. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping were easily accessible. The photographs accurately depicted the premises. Host Randall and his staff were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our week here and hope to stay at this home again.

We had a wonderful 3 days. The house is beautiful and it offers an easy to relax atmosphere.

The place was exactly as the pictures. The host was friendly respectful responsive and made my friends and I feel comfortable and welcomed. He also explained safety precautions if the weather was to change and how to make sure we had power and water. We cooked dinner most of the nights and the cabinets were filled with seasons spices aluminum foil, plastic bags, Tupperware, cooking, dishware, microwave, pots, and pans, all the things we needed to cook. They also provided toiletries trash bags towels, washcloths and also has a washer and dryer. The pool was very clean and clear with an amazing view. Both of the master bedrooms have a balcony. My friends and I will only book with this host when we are in town. Thank you so much for making our vacation enjoyable and relaxing! See you soon :)

This stay far exceeded our expectations. It is hard to judge what the set up at this resort is like and some people’s google reviews did not help. It worked out really great. Our studio room was clean, spacious and had a super comfortable bed. This is not an all-inclusive resort and there is only one restaurant on site. The restaurant was good and the food was good too. You also have an option to bring your own groceries as there is a good size fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery and glass wear. Coffee maker and margarita maker. There’s another restaurant right beside the resort, which is also a great choice. There are two pools. The upper pool and a lower pool down by the beach, both are great. The staff at this resort are super friendly and helpful.

David is a gem of an owner, his responsiveness and ability to understand and communicate with humor leads to a better vacation. Even when the island may have its flaws in the transportation and attractions not providing what is advertised, David’s residence will allow a great space to decompress and collect yourself. I can not say enough great things about this owner, while I wouldn’t necessarily visit St. Thomas again for the aforementioned reasons I would stay at any property that David manages or owns in the future. And here’s to hoping he expands further into the Caribbean in places like Aruba or Belize! I wish him the best and more success and blessings!

We loved our stay at the Yellow Flamingo. we traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids the size of adults(14 and 12). Honestly, I was very pleased with the condo. Based on the pictures and previous experiences with smaller rentals, I was afraid we were going to be cramped or the kids bed was going to be too small. I was pleasantly surprised they had enough room to share the sofa and we had enough room to maneuver around each other. We were very pleased with the location too it was a quick scenic drive to any of the main beaches. The view from the pool was great! The pool had a ledge to sit and was about 6 ft deep in the middle. The kids were slightly disappointed they couldn't touch bottom. This was the only complaint from them and it didn't matter because they got their water fix at the beach. The kitchen setup was great because we were able to fix quick dinners easily. Our host could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

This home was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect for our stay. Everything was exactly as described but even better in person! Nichole and Gavin were very quick to respond to all our questions and so helpful with this being our first time in St. Thomas. This home is beautiful and the views are stunning…just perfect for our family vacation. We would definitely stay again and hope to make it back to St Thomas.

Michaela and Mel were very helpful in laying out local options for us to do. The place was great and the layout was great for our family of 5, myself, my wife, mother in law and two adult children. Great views of Magen's Bay.

I absolutely loved our stay at this place. The views are incredible. Restaurants are 4-5 minutes away. Grocery store was also near by. It’s very private. You do need a car to get back and forth but the place is wonderful and very comfortable!
