Beachfront vacation rentals in St. Paul's Bay

From the time of booking, communication with Tina was excellent – fast, helpful and with many useful tips (e.g. restaurant list). When we opened the balcony door, the breathtaking view of Valletta immediately impressed us. The location is ideal: ferries and buses are directly opposite, supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby. From the balcony you have a great view of the promenade of Sliema, and yet it is quiet in the apartment – the bedrooms are at the back. If we travel to Malta again, we would book this apartment again in a heartbeat. Small note: For Malta, you need an adapter for British sockets (type G).

fabians place was clean and tidy, fabian himself was very helpful, he gave clear instructions and directions and was a pleasant and helpful host checking in us regularly would definately recommend his place

We had a lovely stay at Josephine’s apartment. The place was squeaky clean and as shown in pictures. The place has everything you will need to cook and have a comfortable stay. The place is on a quiet and easily accessible road that is also within walking distance to St Julian’s. Josephine is a great guest who is always easy to reach. I could not recommend this place enough!

This apartment is amazing, we really enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious with everything you could wish for including a fabulous view of the harbour from the front balcony. A good base to explore Malta. We especially enjoyed going to St Thomas's Bay which is very close. The owners are lovely people and make sure you are happy and comfortable. A true gem for your stay in Malta!!

Alex’s place was amazing! It was just a short walk away from many restaurants and bus stops. The place looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our few days in Malta! Alex was a great host was and quick to respond when we had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is a real gem - although quite an old place it is full of charm and very comfortable for a group. We had two couples and a single and the place was perfect. Most enjoyable is the roof space where we spent most of our time, watching the harbour. We managed to find parking down by the water which is only a short walk up the steps to the property. A really great find, our family will be back again one day!

Spacious and modern apartment, within walking distance to all the things to do and see in Valletta. There are a few steps to navigate as you enter the apartment but well communicated in the listing. Really enjoyed the convenience, we stayed for only a short trip but there was a washer included which is perfect for longer trips. Highly recommended!

Robert’s apartment is in the heart of the old town, Valetta so it is within walking distance of many major attractions. It has magnificent views over the harbour and battery station and it is a great location to explore the island by using other means as it is close to the tourist office and taxi services. Robert is very helpful, super responsive and goes out of his way (as does his wife) to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The treats and personal welcome on arrival was very much appreciated. Amazing place to stay, spotlessly clean. The location is great, close to everything, but still felt peaceful and relaxing.

This apartment was very well equipped and in a fabulous location. There were a few issues with the electrics which meant it was difficult to get hot water but Ivana dealt with the issues. The pool was an added extra and the view was amazing. I would recommend

A beautiful, quiet and spacious apartment. Bathroom is very new with a window for ventilation. The kitchen is clean and tidy with all the crockery, cutlery and appliances in good condition. Comfy sofa. WiFi worked great. Spacious bedroom and storage space. Hairdryer in the cupboard. Access via a key safe and codes. It’s away from the busy areas but only a 10 minute walk for restaurants and cafes. May 2025, there is some in the at the other end of the street but nothing that disturbed or inconvenienced me. Bolt is a great app to get some local taxis

Sonette was helpful from the day we booked. She asked us before arrival what we liked to do and gave so many recommendations. This made our stay so much more enjoyable as we had local knowledge for attractions we wanted to visit. Sonette’s apartment was as described. In fact if anything the photos don’t do it justice. The view was stunning. There is an outdoor dining area and a really beautiful seating area that was lovely in the evenings. The apartment was so spacious with really comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need but there were so many places nearby for us to visit we hardly used it at all! The location is perfect for exploring the island. We visited so many places by bus. The stop is a couple of mins walk and with really frequent buses. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment for anyone looking to for a luxurious base to explore the island. Thank you Sonette for a wonderful week in beautiful Malta …

Lovely host and accommodation.

Apart from the black out situation due to the recent instruction work at Balluta, my overall experience in Martina's Seaview penthouse is top notch and truly one of kind. Not gonna be bored with balcony, bring good mood with the view every morning, let alone a place to have breakfast/dinner/hanging out. The interior is thoughtful and detailed in showcasing the local culture with a contemporary twist. Everything is clean and neat. Both hosts are super helpful. Highly recommended if you would stay beyond St Julians or Valletta, where you will not disappoint fr. Thank you!

Many thanks to Lawrence. Having some items in the refrigerator, along with the coffee pods, was a nice touch. We really enjoyed meeting you and your family. We loved the food options nearby, especially I Love Pizza, and Thortello's. Ta Bertu's was fantastic, but reservations are advised. Thanks for making Malta feel like home.

Fantastic apartment, located in the most beautiful part of town. We had the penthouse apartment which over looked the ‘three cities’. The balcony gave views over the marinas. The apartment was just like the photos (5star). Worth every penny, we will stay again!

Everything was as we expected and Renzo was a great host. The apartment was spotless and we even found a lovely welcome basket on our arrival. Having two bathrooms was super as we are three friends - and just made everything easier. We loved tranquil St. Paul's Bay even though we had to travel a little by taxi to get to Valleta and the Three Cities.

We loved staying at By The Sea and spent a lot of time on the front terrace taking in the views and sunsets! The location is central to restaurants, beaches and attractions. The house is spacious and perfect for traveling in a group so that everyone can spread out and be comfortable.

Very nice apartment stocked with everything you need, having a private parking space was a nice bonus as well, Dexter was a great host, made check in very easy with in detail instructions and also recommendations throughout our entire trip
