I would highly recommend this place to everyone! near the beach very quite and Peaceful! The neighbors were very friendly and even the grounds men were hospitable! The apartment was just right! while sitting on the patio the breeze off the ocean was so amazing that you didn't want to go anywhere! so homely!! You guys anticipate our needs and that was awesome 👌! Cozy Coastal Condos is a perfect getaway! I had an amazing stay at Cozy Coastal Condos. It felt like a cozy home away from home. The space was warm, inviting, and perfectly cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was peaceful yet close to the beach. The host was very attentive and made sure I had a wonderful stay. The balcony view captured my attention when I was scrolling. I loved this place me and my family made used of the pool and the scenery lol. It’s gated very private, peaceful & relaxing. The Place was clean and welcoming. Everything was In order. I had no fault I enjoyed my stay and I’ll be recommending this place to my friends and family and I will be staying here again. For those of you who’re looking for a tranquil getaway, this is it. Easily accessible. Great food choices close by. Serenity/tranquility that’s felt every time you gaze at the spectacular view accompanied by the calming sea breeze. The environment is extremely peaceful and quiet aside from the constant sounds of the waves and sea breeze . But even that added to some of the most relaxing rest we’ve had in awhile. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay which aided in a lasting laid back atmosphere. The beach on the compound is more like a shoreline but, that can be substituted with any of the nearby beaches or you can make do with the pool. Would definitely visit again !!

Being on the top floor overlooking the sea was heaven. At night you could hear the sea and it was so soothing. I wish we stayed here longer. To get hot water you need to turn on the switch above the cooker (which we didn't know) but once we did the water was lovely. There were some missing items (cups, knives, kettle), but all were replaced once we raised it with the owner. I'd definitely book again. I left something behind and the host is trying to get it back to me, which I greatly appreciate and is absolutely over and above. You won't find a better host or location (if you love the sound of the sea!)

We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely be back! Our host was super welcoming and made us feel at home. The place was very clean and modern and the fresh flowers in the bedroom were a nice touch and added to the relaxing ambiance of the villa. The view of the surroundings are spectacular. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need from extra towels to local coffee and snacks. It was clear the host put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space. The location was perfect , quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the great restaurants, shops, and attractions I wanted to check out. I especially loved the cozy patio overlooking the pool. The host was absolutely incredible: super responsive, kind, and full of helpful . This was hands-down one of the best stays I’ve had and I’ll definitely be coming back.

David and Cindy were outstanding hosts. Very friendly and full of joy to host their guests. They guided us through the neighbourhood and we felt immediately home. They also provided us a lot of advice out of their experience to visit in Kingston and so we could hike or do activities around Kingston. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. We had a blast. Ready to return to Kingston Reggea Garden when we are back in Jamaica!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! I must say Marlene’s place was spectacular. The scenery is everything. The house is beautiful, lots of space, my family and I had a wonderful time. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thanks for having us.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at the Big White Villa. Our host Cynthia was informative from the very beginning & our local host Aretha gave clear instructions so self check-in was a breeze. The house was clean and in particular I always like to check bed linen...they were clean and fresh smelling. The property is lovely & the view is amazing. We got up early to watch the sunrise...I wish I could post the pictures here — gorgeous! Not to mention the delicious food Chef Kevin prepared for us...yum! The weekend went buy so fast, I didn't a chance to use the clawfoot tub outside, hopefully next time. Instructions from the host for check-out was also pretty straight forward so there were no issues there. Just one recommendation...the shower in the master bath could use a longer shower curtain because water tend to splash underneath it if you don't fix it a certain way. Overall great weekend at the Villa. Hope to come back sometime.

This view and sea breeze are worth the climb. The host was very helpful and the space was clean. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you though since there is no elevator and it’s on the 5th floor.

Michael and Simone are two great hosts. This was my first time staying at their place and I couldn't have made a better choice. Besides being very responsive, their place was perfect, especially the pool and beach area. if you're looking for a place to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle, this is definitely the place for you.

We had a great stay at Caritas Place in Ocho Rios! The property is very secure with 24-hour gated security and another gate for the home. Carita is an amazing host—so warm and hospitable, she truly felt like family. The house was clean and cozy, with a lovely patio for relaxing and playing games. A few things to note: the water shuts off between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. in Jamaica, so plan your showers ahead. The hot water works but takes time to heat up. Bring all your essentials for cooking—there are some basics like pots and cups, but not much else. There’s ongoing construction, which isn’t noisy but affects the aesthetics. The pool wasn’t ready for use, and the door lock can be tricky. (Carita will teach you 🤭) Chickens and rabbits near the gate add charm, but the lack of entertainment (previous guest took the Fire Stick) was a downside. Despite these quirks, Carita’s warmth made it worth it. If you’re looking for a safe, authentic Jamaican stay, this is it!

Beautiful estate, wonderful welcoming and hospitable host. Stayed for a week during my wedding, and was very pleased to have a peaceful, clean and tranquil place to stay during such a hectic time. Host was very responsive to any and all needs, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. The view from the veranda was exquisite. Will certainly stay again whenever we are in the Ocho Rios area.
